Wife and I live an hour away, and recently visited for the first time. We've eaten at a variety of Mexican Restaurants in Memphis, Jonesboro, Little Rock, Mountain Home, Searcy, Conway, Harrison, Fayetteville, Springfield,, Branson, etc. Dona Chuy's in Batesville is now our favorite by far! We've been back a 2nd time within a month, and hope to do a third time soon.
The food was delicious, my first time ever inside this place and I’ll definitely be back.
If you like authentic Mexican food, this place is awesome! It is not Tex-Mex, so don’t expect chips and salsa or food covered in queso. You can expect really delicious food though!
