Just like the real mexican restaurants back in Chicago! That is saying a lot, too. Not to many restaurants get a good review out of me down here, but Dona Chuys gets high marks. Its not haute cuisine, but it is authentic mexican comidas. We'll come here everytime I have to go to Batesville.
One of the best places to eat in town!Wheelchair accessibility: Had a wheelchair accessible entrance, building inside is large open space tables are far enough apart for perfect getting around.

Wife and I live an hour away, and recently visited for the first time. We've eaten at a variety of Mexican Restaurants in Memphis, Jonesboro, Little Rock, Mountain Home, Searcy, Conway, Harrison, Fayetteville, Springfield,, Branson, etc. Dona Chuy's in Batesville is now our favorite by far! We've been back a 2nd time within a month, and hope to do a third time soon.
