Restaurant feels old and grimey, like the carpet still has grease and spilled beer from the 1990s soaked in. Desperately could use a facelift. Struggled to decide on a plate for a quick lunch. Went for the trusty fish'n'chips. I think the Walmart freezer section has better quality frozen fish. Can't say that the service was any kind of redeeming quality, just "here's your food" and "here's your check."Unlikely to return

Ate here last night. WAS SO UNHAPPY. ORDERED A PRIME RIB SANDWICH DIP THING. THE AUJUS was just brown water. No flavor. The sandwich was soggy when served and the meat was all fat and no flavor. My sons mac and cheese was boxed mac and cheese. Husband said his Philly was basic af and grisly. And 2 alcohol drinks were good. And the fries tasted like burnt oil. The pickle chips were so thin all u tasted was the batter and burnt grease. The hole place reeked and was Smokey smelling like burnt oil. For 53.00 dollars I would expect better quality food. 1st time here last time here.

Good place to eat I think it's a little on the expensive side but overall it serves alcohol and you know it has pretty decent food good appetizers but they are a little spendy the waitresses we're really good and I have a small little game room it's not nothing fancy but you know adults and kids can have fun with it

Great food, friendly staffing and amazing prices!The hostesses were pleasant and lovely, and my server, Christine was as well and very on top of her section! She got food out in a timely manner along with the kitchen staff, and helped us with any questions we had regarding the menu with patience and kindness.Definitely stop here if you’re in Batesville!

Went in on a Sunday after church, stood at the front door for about 5 minutes, no one, looked in the dining area, no one, customers were seated, didn't see one waitress, waited 5 more minutes, walked out.

Food was great, credit card system was down and I was told I had to wait until it came back up to leave unless I had cash. I ended up leaving, visiting a ATM and coming back, they requested I left a guest on site to ensure I came back. Other than the poor customer service decision about how to handle a credit card processing issue, no complaints. Just take cash in case their systems are down, don't want to be held hostage.

Service has a lot to improve on. Server was very distracted, forgot to send in order, then left food sitting for a while so it arrived to the table cold. Also kept confusing our table with another and tried delivering our food/refills to another table. The last few experiences have truly been awful. Will be a long time before we consider returning.
I go there on a weekly basis. Our waitress most times is Nicole. If it isn't then, we always ask for her If she is there. She is one of the best. She is attentive, friendly, always a joke or a smile no matter now busy she is. She makes you feel good when you leave . As long as she is there, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Ordered the taco bowl and had it delivered through meals now, would’ve been good besides the rice was so undercooked it was crunchy. Called and was pretty much told it was a meals now problem. Waste of $$ but wont be making same mistake twice.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Seems like all the servers only have a 3rd grad education at most. We had a table of 7 and she could only bring one thing at a time. Could not get the tickets right to save their lives. Totals were different 3 different times. Then the manager was “unavailable”.

Didn't write down our order and brought us the complete wrong order. Not a single waitress knows what they are doing. Ordered a plain chicken sandwich somehow ended up with a burger everything on it. Didn't see the waitress for 15 minutes after food got to the table. Didn't even bother to tell her then. We spent an hour waiting on the food already. Horrible service.
