The first French dip/Philly cheese steak in 10+ years! The service was good, she understood cross contamination for Gluten Intolerance. GF bun was just OK, but the roast beef was excellent and the fries were cooked separately.

Went here for lunch and the food was pretty good. It did take a little time for the food during lunch I noticed so don't be in a hurry. I got the bacon cheeseburger and it was solid! Buddy got the cuban and he was not impressed. I was not impressed when i got the bill and noticed that they charged me for water .25 and then charged me another .50 for lemons for my water LOL. Oh well, maybe he should have told me that ahead of time so that i could decide to pay up for tea or soda. That is the first time ever that i have been charged for cup o water.

Ordered a sandwich with no tomato and it came with cut up tomatoes. I sent it back and it was brought back immediately with the tomato chunks mostly removed but the juice and seeds and little small tomatoes still there. I communicated I didn’t want the food. I communicated to the server it’s not right to know you made a mistake and then expect me to just deal with it instead of making a new sandwich. It was my first and only experience with this restaurant.

Bigs is located on Main Street in Historic Downtown Batesville. It features Cajun inspired dishes. I had the Cuban Panini. It was fantastic and generously sized. The service was excellent. And kudos to them for supporting the arts in Batesville.

If I could have left 0 stars, I would have. It was the worst food I ever tried to eat. Both burgers were burnt to a crisp. Sent the 2 burned burgers back, and the waiter left the old burgers on the table. When the new burgers arrived, the fries, which were also overcooked, were cold and unedible. The new burgers were not much better than the original butned ones. On top of everything, a Philly sandwich, 2 burgers, and 3 drinks was $50! Outrageous. Will definitely not ever go back!

Such a cute place! The food was amazing! My boyfriend was super excited they had a Chicago style hot dog and he kept asking if it would be weird to ask for another for the drive back to Louisiana. Such a great place to stop for a bite!

Been here quite a few times because they are one of the few restaurants that have gf buns. Sat there for over an hour waiting for our food and never got it, finally asked and the kitchen lost the ticket

Genuinely friendly service and good food. The decor is a little sparse, and there is a strange wall partitioning off only half the dining area, but I didn't mind it too much. Conclusion: if you enjoy great American food, try this place.
