Stood at the counter waiting forsomeone to take order , employees just chatting away. No one ever acknowledged me, nobody else but one guy in the dining room. Stood there about 4 minutes and nothing. I walked out. Guess they don’t need the business. Won’t be back

Placed an order in the parking lot with my app. Pulled up to the window to check in maybe there was five cars ahead of me. It took them 31 minutes Before I got my order. The lady at the drive-through was nice. Don’t think I’ll be back. Order #22. I placed it today in case someone from Burger King wants to look that up.

I eat here regularly and yes maybe once a month I'll have something not hot, kinda cold. Let me say they kill it at lunch time 11-4. Makes me happy that I can count on their accuracy and consistently good food.

DICIPLINE IS FREEDOM

Second time this month I ordered from there becuse my kids like it. My kids like meat and cheese only , both times they put sauce onions and tomatoes on it far from meat and cheese only. It seems like I get more orders wrong from this place then they get right . Oh yea one of those hamburgers was supposed to be a double cheese and they charge me for that and gave me a single . Nice so the ripped me off and didn't get my order right smh. The lady opens the window and asked me your the order with the plain cheeseburger right I said yes mam and they still screwed it up lol

Ordered at counter at 9:41 and had to walk back to the counter to ask and didn't get food until after 10:05. Food was cold and sitting in a bag. The staff acted like they had no idea we were waiting. There were no other customers waiting on food. The Food order had wrong sizes on fries, but they didn't have more fries so we would have had to wait even longer. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location. This is unacceptable.

I've always had good experiences until recently. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and no one took my order so I pulled up to the window finally and placed my order and then they gave me the wrong order. Then today they took my order I get to the window ready to pay and they can't locate my order in the system I finally said forget it as I had a baby appointment. I should give one Star but the manager was so nice the other day that she gained them an extra star. But I won't be back this is quite ridiculous.

Ordered food and it took almost 45 minutes to get through drive through with only 2 vehicles in front of me. Guy is back cash had no customer service skills. By far the worst Burger King I've ever been to.

I just had the nastiest Whopper I've ever eaten in my life. I am a 62 year old man and I have eaten at a lot of Burger Kings. I have never tasted a Whopper that was so sour. Did they change the sauce? The tomato was half the thickness. The sauce tasted like watered down mayonnaise. Is it just this location? A year ago I ate at the one in mountain home and it tasted great. If all of the Whoppers taste this way. I will never eat at BK again.

Ordered online, wanted to pick it up, young lady never asked my name and handed me some food, then I asked If I could have my drink too and she asked what I had and I said Dr Pepper. She hands me my drink and I drive off. Now mind you, they were super busy, but since she didn't ask what name the order was for, I ended up with Chad's order. My name is not Chad, and the order I got was quite a bit less than what I paid for mine on the app. Probably won't be back any time soon.
