Great service they know what’s at stake

Steak wasn't cooked to order so took back to kitchen then forgot to bring it back. Catfish had no flavor no seasoning what so ever and had rubbery like texture at the thickest point could only eat a couple bites then gave up. Took it home for my dog and cats. Will stick with Colton's in Mountain Home

As usual the steaks are too high priced for what you get. And usually not cooked the way they were ordered. I'm usually disappointed in the cost Vs the quality as usual

They have some of the very best Ribeye steak and highly recommend the smashed loaded potatoes, But even more so I want to say we got the absolute pleasure meeting the best server we have ever met and they could ever ask for with a heavy heart that we met CHUCK REINHEART on his last night working for them!! Hope you have the best in your travels Chuck!! Know that anyone and everyone is lucky to meet you!!

My husband and I dined in here for our Anniversary. We don't recommend ordering the ribs, they were too salty. They only give you a sample of cole slaw to go with your meal.Catfish wasn't bad.

Love this Colton’s and always have great service, but the baby changing table in the women’s bathroom has been broken for years and is a safety hazard. The table hangs at a sharp angle and you have to use your thighs to awkwardly keep your baby from rolling off it while you change them at a difficult angle. Someone’s baby is going to fall off and be injured. It’s frustrating to pay for a great meal with your family and then hardly be able to change your baby in the bathroom. It wouldn’t be difficult to replace it and it’s been this way for years.

Uncooked food. Didn't get all of my order. Called and spoke with Debbie, the owner. She was completely uninterested in helping and was very rude on the phone. She hung up on me intentionally. She wasn't interested in correcting their wrong. She must assume that she has taken enough money for the community that she doesn't have to answer to anyone. Clearly she is not a good owner/ manager. My crew and I will never eat here again. The food tasted rubbery and the chicken was undercooked. This could poison someone

We have been going here for awhile. Service has always been great but today we went the waitress was extremely slow. Didn't place our order ..I ended up having to find her. Took 20 mins to bring my daughter her drink...and then we waited for another 20 mins for her to come and get the bill. Didn't look like they were low on staff but maybe she needed some help. I'm not sure.
