This place is not good. I’ve had it twice. The pulled brisket and pork are comparable to the beef jerky you get that comes in a tin shaped like chewing tobacco. Anyone happy with this food quality is really deprived of even semi good tasting bbq.

Cowboys catered my sister’s wedding this weekend. It was super easy and affordable. I told them how many guests and what I wanted and they had everything fresh, boxed up and we were able to just pick it up and easily set up at the reception!

I have eaten here several times, the service is always excellent. Very nice people, very quick for lunch. The problem is with the food, one day I go in and it’s great, fresh, and delicious. The next time (today) the brisket was so dry I didn’t eat even half of it. My assumption is the first time I had the brisket it was fresh and today it was dried up because it had been sitting for a long time. I have eaten there 5 times 3 great, 1 average, 1 (today) terrible. I always give one pass, but now we are barley above half the time.
This was my first time dining in this restaurant. The staff was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. We received our food, hot, fresh and fast. My sandwich was a Jumbo pulled pork and man it was yummy. Their BBQ Sauce is absolutely delicious as well as the baked beans and fried okra. I got nice sized portions and the prices were very reasonable. Great little restaurant.
