Thieves and Liars. Fire them all. Left my $70 order on the porch of the wrong house. Called the store and a man who claims to be the manager answered and ultimately said “nothing we can do about it now.” Driver confirmed he left it at a yellow house. My house is the only yellow house on the street. I now count two blatant lies. The man who answered the phone claims he is the manager but the actual manager personally delivered my order after 2hrs. She was the only one who acted professionally and I appreciate that. Robert was the driver and I am not sure the name of the person who answered the phone.

I ordered an almost $30 order Sunday night and it was never delivered I have called 3 times and they won’t tell me what happened to my order or give me a refund. I’ve never had issues with them before now I just don’t understand why I can’t at least get my money back or an explanation on why I didn’t get my order.

My kids love Domino's but this particular never is on time. I ordered at 3:40 and it wasn't done until 4:20. It's not the first time but it will be the last. I won't be back to this location.

Ordered at 10:30 at 11:30 I got a notification saying that my order was canceled and to call the store when I called the store the gentleman answered the phone told me that I was wrong that the phone call they made to me to let me know did not show up as a private number because that couldn't happen but it did in this case then he would not tell me his name would not let me talk to a manager and hung up on me the second time I called back to try to get an order made so I could come pick it up he told me that I was out of range and I explain to him that I have had them deliver here several times and he hung up on me again then on a third and final try when I called he told me I was going to be reported for harassment and continue to call me by my name and would not give me his name he would not make my order for a carryout in this case either because it was so late at night I just needed some food for me and my child but he going about the this the way he did caused us not to be able to do anything like that. I just think it's sad and pathetic that they put such an egotistical person who feels like they have to speak over you and not give you a chance to talk because they don't know how to resolve any kind of conflict when in turn being the narcissistic loudmouth he was to me never tried to resolve the issue or compromise whatsoever and I think that this is the type of person that really doesn't need to be working anywhere with the public because they are uneducated and have no etiquette whatsoever when it comes to over the phone or any kind of issues that may need to be dealt with when you deal with the public he is the type of person that people get upset with and he doesn't care what kind of situation it causes the customer All he cares about was going home so I don't think I'll be trying to go back to Domino's again because they haven't resolved an issue I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for my refund and I also didn't get to eat tonight what we wanted to eat because of an egotistical narcissistic pathetic excuse of what I suppose was a manager but he wouldn't tell me that either.

Place an order for pizza tonight and the app said it was gonna take 30 minutes and now when I called the store they said it was gonna be an hour and a half before my pizza was even done and I already waited 45 minutes I don’t know who the new crew is or the manager or the boss of this place but they need to fire everybody there and they need to get new people I have lived in this town for a very long time and I have never seen Domino’s operate like this in my life. and don’t even get me started on the crew extremely rude. I asked to cancel my order. She was waiting for somebody to give her key to cancel my order and then she just said nothing. I hung up on me. This place is very unprofessional and I will never eat here anymore. This was my second time giving them another chance. I have went here in the past, and the manager is a joke. He was standing around talking instead of helping or anything. He was acting like a teenager and really needed to grow up and be a boss instead of talking to girls trying to take them home for the night please somebody needs to do something corporate or something needs to go in there and fire everybody even the boss manager needs to be fired completely so unprofessional rude people

Normally have no issues but last two times I've ordered the estimated time was 15-20 minutes but it took almost 30 for it to even hit the oven. I understand short handed and it takes time but if you're going to have an estimated time it shouldn't take longer than that to even hit the oven. Some of us order to pick during break at our own jobs and this causes us not to be able to eat it after we get it or to even be late getting back. If it is going to take almost an hour than estimate that time so we can plan accordingly
This is the most unprofessional crew I have ever seen.
I place an order online, the website glitches and refuses to take my card if I leave a tip.
So I place my order and call the store to let them know my number is not correct on the order… because again the website won’t let me change it.
A woman answers and says “dominos” no can I help you or anything
Then I explain I wanted to leave my number for the driver to call me so I can tip them via cash app, I am not home I am in another state for work.
The manager tells for her to put me on hold. I am on hold for 13 minutes.
I hang up and call back.
A man answers, I ask if he is the manager and he refuses to answer. I ask 3 times.. he continues to ignore the question.
I tell him what I need.. he then places me on hold for another 7 minutes.
I hang up and call again.. same girl from earlier answers…
She understands and tells him what I want he says “ok” in the background and walks to the phone and hangs up on me…
I call again, new girl answers and doesn’t even let me speak just puts me on hold…3 times!
Finally I give up and tell my son to call me when the driver gets there. Jordon shows up and misses the house 3 times, even though gps showed me he should have known exactly where to go.
My son hands him the phone and I tip him over cash app.
The pizza was cold, there was barely any toppings and I am pretty sure the manager did it on purpose.
How can this franchise continue to allow its locations to have so many negative reviews and continue to let these people run a buisness when they can’t even talk to customers.

If something is wrong with your order dont bother to call, they will hang up on you and laugh at you and leave you on hold. Very rude staff and their manager do not care. So dont even try to speak to one

Ordered a for delivery to where I work. (Had pizza delivered here several times.) Driver calls me and I tell him where to bring it at my work for me to be able to get my order. He delivers to a different chicken plant. I call Domino and was hung up on. I told them he bought it to the wrong chicken. They said the would go get it from the chicken plant they delivered it to and bring it to me. NO I DON'T WANT A PIZZA YOU GAVE TO SOMEONE ELSE. YOU DONT KNOW IF THEY EAT ANY OR TOUCHED IT. Hung up on. Call back and tell them I already paid for my food and I need them to make me a new pizza and bring it to the correct place. Hung up on. Called back the said they would. Been 40 minutes and called to see when it was going to be delivered. They said the couldn't make me one and deliver it. I asked for the person name and they wouldn't tell me. SO I PAID FOR FOOD YOU DELIVERED TO THE WRONG PLACE (SAME ADDRESS I ALWAYS GET IT DELIVERED TO) AND WILL NOT REMAKE IT AND DELIVER TO THE RIGHT PLACE. SO I SENT MY MONEY AND DIDNT GET ANY FOOD. OH AND WAS HUNG UP ON SEVERAL TIMES.

Ordered take out meatzilla and got home to find NO MEAT on it, called the store to complain and got put on hold for 10 minutes, check you pizza before you leave the store

I usually am very pleased with the food, but this time, I tried the spinach with feta bread and was very disappointed. The flavor was ok, but there was hardly any spinach in it, just a few pieces.

So I ordered a pizza for delivery at the Domino’s here in Batesville on Harrison Street and got a call immediately after placing my order and was told they only deliver within a 5 mile radius and that their system was showing I was 13 miles out. I told them I was unable to come get it and to just cancel it. When I got off the phone I decided to see just how far I am from the store because 13 miles sounded really absurd and my navigation app says I’m only 4.3 miles from the store. I called back just to confirm I had given the right address because I figured maybe it was an error on my end. The guy on the phone confirmed the address I had entered was correct and that navigation apps aren’t always accurate and then said, “I don’t know what to tell you.” I am new to Batesville and I have never ordered from this Domino’s before and I promise I will never order from them again. There are tons of pizza places with much better reviews here in Batesville I will be trying instead. Do better, Domino’s.
