Just got off the phone with the “manager” to complain that our food that was apparently given to someone else or forgotten about was due to “the kitchen having 3 cooks”. Not my problem. When I’m told 25mins and it takes 1 hour for “xpress” food with upscale dine in prices, and to not be offered a discount or gift card for a better experience next time is ridiculous. Been to Dora’s a lot and here the past couple of months they’ve just failed me. I order ahead in the app 30 minutes to an hour ahead and they always fail to have anything I order done. Just a meal or sushi for one person. Then I made to wait an additional thirty minutes after making the drive. Just disappointed.
Best place in Batesville to eat. Superbly cooked and at a decent price.
