The two girls who work the front desk and take orders on the phone are very rude, maybe not on purpose but they have no people skills. They also while I waited in line for my food were very rude to an older lady that didn’t really understand what the girl was angry about neither did i. And when I called to place the order whoever answered the phone was very quick to just hang up, and ended up not repeating back what I ordered so my order ended up being wrong. Just think they need new people up front. The food is always great just hate the atmosphere of walking in and having to talk to the front people.

Chicken dry, no taste, large chunks; some with gristle. It was definitely not freshly cooked. What was labeled as fried rice was dry and tasteless; nothing like Japanese about it. Vegetables had little to no taste. Even soy sauce couldn’t help any of it.

Waste of money. Shameful.

I ordered online to have my food ready for carry out. Paid a $7 service charge for this and I got to the restaurant when they said to be here only to have to wait 30 minutes past the time they said my order would be ready. This is the second and last time it has happened to me and I won’t ever return

The lesser of the two hibachi places in town. Place is ran by kids that have no idea what h they’re doing. The Express part is a description and not a practice. Took over an hour the last time to get a take out order. Go to Sakura instead, way better food and service. And if you complain in person like we did you’re met with a rude and disrespectful “manager”. Who’s reply was everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Just got off the phone with the “manager” to complain that our food that was apparently given to someone else or forgotten about was due to “the kitchen having 3 cooks”. Not my problem. When I’m told 25mins and it takes 1 hour for “xpress” food with upscale dine in prices, and to not be offered a discount or gift card for a better experience next time is ridiculous. The manager than decided to get smart assy with me and tell me that “everyone is entitled to their opinion” and I told her they need to care about their customer opinions if they want to stay in business. Seriously, don’t waste your money here and go to china buffet or sakura which both have better pricing and more professional staff!

As I just got to town later in the evening, I was looking for something to eat close to the hotel. I googled restaurants close to me and found a few but several were closed as it was Sunday. I venture down to Dora‘s and I found it a low-key environment, which is great cause I just had shorts and a T-shirt on, but it seems like there’s a lot of locals to come in here to dine it. Sort of remind me of a college restaurant environment with Japanese decor. Let us need a good or bad I enjoyed the combo, beef and chicken hibachi a order of spicy tuna, raw and seaweed salad. I was impressed with the quality. It was pretty good. The steak was a little chewy. I should’ve ordered the fillet which was an option. It was still good to eat. The vegetables were very tasty and I enjoyed the whole experience very much. I would recommend anybody looking for a good meal cost-effective and it was abundant so no issues there. I would consider going hereif you like Japanese style food. Again, very relaxed atmosphere. I believe a lot of locals visit this site and the food is good.

This is my favorite Japanese restaurant. The food is so tasty. I've tried the other Japanese restaurant in town and it doesn't compare. Felite mignon, rice and spring rolls are my favorite.

Been to Dora’s a lot and here the past couple of months they’ve just failed me. I order ahead in the app 30 minutes to an hour ahead and they always fail to have anything I order done. Just a meal or sushi for one person. Then I made to wait an additional thirty minutes after making the drive. Just disappointed.

Please fix your phone system. I will call repeatedly, and no one will answer the phone.

Girls taking the orders a lazy. I reminded them twice to put in extra yum yum sauce and they didn't even put in the ones I paid for
