Ordered a pound of pulled pork & some okra & when DoorDash brought it to me I got soggy fries instead! Called them & got interrupted 3 times till I had to speak up louder. She said they ran out of okra & still charged me for fries I didn’t order. If you don’t have something a customer orders don’t just add anything to to replace what you don’t have just because you don’t want to lose the money! You could have sent just the pulled pork & refunded the okra! It’s simple!

There are not enough good words to say about this place. The service was 5 star and the food was off the chain. Food prices are more than fair when compared to the quality of the food that is put out. Over all 10 out 10. We will definitely be back.

I love this place. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is so unique but also welcoming. Kids are definitely welcome. This place is also historical. I absolutely love it.

Food is good 👍🏻 do not order a long island ice tea no one knew how to make it. And as a woman, the men will get served before you. Food and music is the only good here. But really forget it if you are female you will be served last!!!

Me an my family have ate there 3 times in the last 3 years all three times the food came out slow an , mostly cold . 3 strikes an you are out . the radio talks it up a lot of Hype . Not saying to steer clear . But we wont be back . Baked potato was so cold cheese wouldnt melt or the butter . the meat on the Wifes potato. The meat was congealled the Meat wasnt remotely warm . kids grilled cheese came out 10 mins later their fries came out Hot but it would have been nice to eat their fries with the sandwiches . very much the same the last 2 times before. My husband and I stopped by Fox Creek BBQ for lunch yesterday. We’re not from Batesville so we didn’t know where to go, but BBQ sounded good. I mapped restaurants nearby and this one was a couple of blocks from where we were so we gave it a try. We were immediately impressed with the decor and ambiance. The staff were pleasant and our sweet little waitress did an excellent job on her first day there! We were also fortunate to meet the owner who gave us a bit of history about the building, it originally being the old train depot, as well as his background in barbecue competitions. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal of barbecued pork sandwiches, potato salad, baked beans, and fried pickles. That was hands down the best barbecue we’ve had in many years!! It’s definitely worth the drive. We’ll be back!
