My husband and I stopped by Fox Creek BBQ for lunch yesterday. We’re not from Batesville so we didn’t know where to go, but BBQ sounded good. I mapped restaurants nearby and this one was a couple of blocks from where we were so we gave it a try. We were immediately impressed with the decor and ambiance. The staff were pleasant and our sweet little waitress did an excellent job on her first day there! We were also fortunate to meet the owner who gave us a bit of history...
Great food and entertainment. The service is always a little slow but it always feels like they just need more than 2 servers.

My dinner at Fox Creek was fantastic! The service was exceptional, our drinks stayed refilled and our food was hot. We tried the fried Jalapeños tonight and we will be ordering again upon our return. Our daughter had a brisket sandwich and crinkle cut fries with sweet and sassy sauce. My wife and I had the Fox Creek Philly with smoked brisket, sauté onions, jalapeños, and pepper jack on a hoagie with house favorite homestyle chips made daily from real potatoes. Atmosphere...
