Not sure what the issue is at your Batesville Arkansas store. We sat in the drive through line 15 minutes to place order - when we get to window your representative took out money then ask us to pull forward the biscuits would be 5 minutes. Currently two vehicles ahead of us waiting and 5 cars behind us trying to order. Obviously an issue inside this building
I have never ever had everything correct on my order. I always hope the next time it will be right, but there is always something missing.
Sorry to whoever has to wait behind us at the drive through while we check our order.
Awful burnt chicken if you put anymore water in your gravy you can drink it
