I purchased a 12 PC family meal $47.00 .
When I get home 30 minutes away I was given 12 pieces wings , thighs and 2 drumsticks. NOT ONE BREAST
RIP OFF
I live too far away to drive back and buy more gas in the car.
I'm done with them KFC used to be worth what you paid for it. Not anymore.

I would say 40 min for a bucket of chicken is a little crazy with only one car in the parking lot I would say don't go save your money and go get it anywhere else

Order food on the app for pickup at 9:30 pm. Arrived on time to find the whole kfc crew outside at a vehicle and no order ready. Was told to pull up while they get my order ready.got my food at 9:48pm leaving me with 12 min left on my break at work. Ive had better service in a 3rd world country. Well done KFC...keep up the good work

The manager Mike, I'd the best. Quick to address concerns of his customers, and very friendly and professional. Wish yall would hire more people like Manager Mike. Because of Mike my wife and myself will be regular customers for years to come, unless Mike quits,lol.

Ordered 3 piece combo white meat original and got dark meat extra crispy and actually had to wait on the order and they still scewed up. Dont like paying $15.61 for a combo meal I didnt order.

I will NEVER eat here again! I was in drive thru for an hour and by the time I finally received my food. The chicken was old and had been sitting for no telling how long. Robert the night manager, needs to be fired!!! Also, there is NEVER a good reason for customers to be waiting in line for an hour!!!!

Not sure who runs this location but franchise agreement should be reviewed as we had to wait almost 30 mins in drive thru with no update or apology. Hopefully the metrics will show whether they should really continue with this location.

Ran out of chicken at 1 in the afternoon. Girl taking the order told us there was chicken ready waited 10 min before asking for our money back. She then shut the window, no explanation or effort. I had to call from the drive through to talk to anyone. Robert, I guess the manager gave us 10 percent off our next visit. It's a chicken restaurant there should be a continous amount of chicken cooking through the lunch rush. Right?

Me and my husband haven’t had KFC in forever since the one in our town closed. So being in batesville we decided to stop through the drive thru for some lunch. We spent 28$ on two meals, my husband got the combo number 10 which includes nuggets, one side, medium drink, and a biscuit. He didn’t get a biscuit. I ordered the big box 8 which is a 5pc tender, 2 sides, medium drink, and a biscuit. My 5pc was a 4pc, I didn’t feel like going back in for it since they seemed “so busy”. Wherever we go we always look at the menu for a minute or two to decide, they rushed us on ordering asking if we needed help making a decision, we had only asked for some time to look. Mind you, there was no one behind us until we had pulled up to the window to pay. For them to rush us on ordering and for the fact we had to pull around and wait for our food to be brought to us. You would’ve thought that everything was correct. I know missing a few items isn’t much but when it’s included in the meal we paid for and isn’t there, it’s more like we’d rather go somewhere else if that’s the case.

Food being made with no gloves after touching money, taking breaks, and going to the restroom. Restaurant is filthy. Beyond unsanitary in every corner of view. Bathroom hasn’t been tended to in weeks. No paper towels to even wash hands. I’ve never seen anything like it.
