1. Lights pretty dim, bad echo effect in there makes high ambient noise level 2. Menu font too small, and doesn't contrast the background colors well. I couldn't read even the prices. 3. Chips were badly stale 4. Staff was unable to answer questions about the food, I finally gave up and ordered a hamburger and fries. I was there to visit anyway. 5. food tasted like it came out of the bargain end of a Wal-Mart freezer. And was made wrong. 6. The most serious offense, the tea was instant ( and not refilled). 7. I feel stupid for leaving a $5 tip. Next time we want Mexican food we'll go to Laura's BTW, the bathroom was disgusting, broken urinals full of urine

This was our first time here. I got the Tacos Al Pastor and my husband got the Fajitas Mi Ranchito. Both were really good! Our waitress was polite, not friendly but not rude either. The atmosphere is ok, you can tell it needs some cosmetic updates. The bathroom was not clean and got be revamped. Overall it was a good dinner. I would come back if I have a hankerin for Mexican while in Batesville.

Great food! Really good prices! We eat here several times a month! Buying a side of chicken or steak for making quick tacos at home is a really good deal!
Food is decent, we have much better Mexican restaurants around town but this one is ok. Atmosphere is what makes this one a good choice, always a great time. Service is the worst however. Waitress never seems to be on top of anything, no drink refills without tracking one down. Almost have to throw something at them to get their attention. The part that I dislike the most is how the Waitress acted like it was a real inconvenience to bring us a refill, or anything we asked for. Just got the feeling she had no interest in wanting to serve us. I made sure she knew how I felt with the %5 tip we left lol

Food is good, the waiters in general they a fine job.. but the son’s owner is an unprofessional kid, he probably needs to go to take some bar and restaurant management so he can serve drinks right, our whole group went to get something to eat and drinks and the drinks came out 1/3 full that was so unprofessional and ridiculous.. the owner needs to teach that kid a bit more about his business and help to grow not to lose clients.
