The gal that helped me place my order was a tremendous help. I had never been to Nova Joe's until that day. And she was able to get the stuff that I wanted and it tasted so good

They never get my order right. Food or coffee. At least 3 times my chicken has been still frozen in the middle. Several times my kids bfast sandwiches were missing something. Its happened so many times im thinking they must just not want my buisness. Service attitudes have improved over the last year so thats a plus.

Try this again I got a salted caramel and added peanut butter it was really good and I definitely add more peanut butter to it!! Definitely love the frozen coffees. Redid this review didn't mean to one star you!!

We love the changes under the new owners! The fries are so delicious and the chicken sandwiches are always so fresh. The chicken is very good quality, so we never get a bad piece. They offer amazing drink options, too. I love being able to order ahead on the app. The restaurant is VERY clean inside, too! There aren't many restaurants that are as CLEAN as Nova Joe's!

Been buying coffee from this place for a few years. Get half decaf bc I have a heart condition. Have ordered this way forever. Today they told me they couldn’t make it “all or nothing” is what the guy told me because “a shot is wasted when it’s pulled”. The kid was eaten up with “I know more than you bc I’m taking your order”. Money was the not the issue here. He just told me no after every other worker has always taken my order this way 🤷♀️. It would be different if I’d never ordered here before. Your employee needs more training and customer service skills. Went across the road to Scooters and they made me a half decaf drink. Thanks, Scooters.

I don't do coffee, but me and the kids love fries and wanted to try them out. We were not disappointed. They were delicious! I feel like their ranch dressing is also underrated, because it was soooooooo good. We'll be going back for our occasional french fry treats. Also, the service was great. Very sweet young man took my order and another promptly brought me my food.
