Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This place is getting worse and worse. Today we got popeyes and when we got home and started to eat, I noticed stuff wrong. I started eating my fries and noticed it was a portion much smaller than one we would normally get. I only noticed this after eating some because they were under the rest of the food, so I couldn't count them, but I would assume there was maybe 12 fries. Next thing I noticed is that the wings were not covered hardly at all with sauce and there wasn't much at the bottom of the container either, see the picture. The wings were also boneless when we ordered bone-in on the app. Last time we were here we were rushed in the drive-thru when we told them it would be a moment because we needed to fully sort out our order, they started rushing us which made it more stressful. I would understand this if the line was long but there was maybe one car behind us. Another time we were here we ordered on the app and they forgot our large side of coleslaw, thankfully we were still in town and could go get the coleslaw but we weren't able to eat it with our meal. These instances are happening more and more which sucks because they have some of the better fast food in town and we prefer them over most other places. I hope the service quality will improve.

Reviewing Popeyes in Batesville, Arkansas? Well, it's like trying to critique a sunset - they're all pretty much the same, but you love them anyway. If you've ever had a Popeyes anywhere, you know what to expect: spicy chicken that'll make your taste buds do the happy dance, biscuits so good they should be illegal, and that Cajun flavor that's as consistent as my grandma's Sunday roast. If you're a fan of the Popeyes experience, this one won't let you down. If you're not - well, you probably already know you won't be swayed by another location. And if somehow you've lived under a rock and don't know what Popeyes is, I'm not sure what to tell you, because explaining it is like trying to describe color to someone who's never seen it. Just go try it. You'll either join the cult of the chicken or confirm you're in the wrong one.

Sucks the whole place does the service the food everything about it it should be shut down rude employees and over cooked food will never eat popeyes again not to mention they just took $18 for an order refused my refund and refused my food and my house just burned down like 3 days ago

I decided to get lunch for the workplace. I ended up getting three orders of popcorn shrimp which were tiny compared to what they were before. I got two gold barbecue chicken sandwiches which were half the size of the bun. I got five tenders with mac and cheese and Cajun Rice. The mac and cheese was timed out when I got it(I got it a 1). It was full of grease. All of my food was cold and when I went to get the two black and ranch that were missing that I paid for the cashier argued with me. I tried opening a customer support ticket for a refund and they tried to give me a $3 off coupon. When I told them I wanted a full refund the ticket was closed. It's been a week since I ordered and I haven't seen any form of a refund I have had several bad interactions with this place and never ask for a refund. I will not be back and I will be telling people about this.

Had to wait 10 min after ordering and was ripped off by getting 6 fries sold as a medium fry. Was offered a refund but I live an hour away.
