My CarHop was great and the store itself looked fine, but these are NOT large fries and the answer time for stalls is 10 seconds not 30-60. And I'm sad to say, this is not the first instance of jipped food at this location. I don't care about reimbursement or anything, I just want this issue fixed! I'm tired of wasting my money.

I paid 17 dollars for a double bacon smashed burger,a medium shake,and route 44 cherry Dr pepper,the drink I think was just water with cherry put in it.,it had no carbonation at all.

Like half of the stalls are broken or do not work. Asked the manager what was going on he said idk I'm assuming that means he hasn't put a work order in bc they have been broken for well over a week and 4 more just went out also.

I placed an order on line through the app. When we got there we were told the system went down so they couldn't take orders. I explained I had already placed it on line. She said they didn't have any orders & she came out to the car to look at my phone. She then went in & brought our order out stating it was sitting in there. Which from the temp of the food it was obvious.
I have a service dog so I went up to the door, with my own cup, & asked if I could get some ice for my dog. The lady told me she'd have to ask her supervisor & they'd have to charge me for it! I can't believe I can get a free "pup cup" of ice cream for her when we go through the drive thru, but I can't get ice & not even use one of their cups! Sad. We travel a lot, Sonic is the 1st place that has ever told me there would be a charge for ice.

I ordered and they not only didn't read it back to me but the screen was broken so I couldn't see if they got my order right. They brought it out and when I questioned the missing food they said that it wasn't on the receipt. Went back in, taking my current food with them, and came back out a bit later saying they'd bring the missing food in a minute. I sat for over ten minutes and the food was never brought to me. Plus the little bit of my order they got correct was undercooked, and no one wants undercooked chicken. Shoulda gone to Harrison Street. At least they'd make it right ?

I like Sonic, but sometimes my food is messed up, but I enjoy my strawberry slush with mango and peach ? the attitudes of the waitresses can be very bad, making me less thrilled about coming back

The carhop was incredibly attentive, which is very unusual for Sonic in my experience. The food was hot and delicious. Overall, I'd highly recommend this location.

Parking: They have a lot of parking spaces and two side places in case u need more space for longer areas needed or taller
