Pulled in at 940pm . Got order . Foot long was cold along with the cold chilli and cold fries. Things they probably were going to throw out. And as if that wasn't bad enough they turned the lights off at 1000pm sitting in the dark trying to eatYou mite try hiring a manager that's older than 17. I would be embarrassed to run a business in this mannor.

I just love sonic period so I personally love chilli cheese anythings.. there's 3 here in Batesville and they all have different crews but when you love the food you can easily be good with whatever....Parking: It's driving e up so you eat where you park.Kid-friendliness: Good little menu for kids

Do not go to this restaurant they are thieves the manager is a straight Thief I was charged over $23 and they refuse to give me my food and refuse to give me my money back claiming that no money was ever paid and my card services even told them that they charged me the money and yet they refuse to give the money back or give me the food they are thieves

Go to any Sonic and you’ll get a correctly made Snowball Float. We got puréed strawberries only with the ice cream and barely any sugar, placed in a plastic cup (not foam like any other Sonic) and it quickly melted to nothing. Wasn’t even worth getting. They’re typically like drinking a slush with the strawberries added, not just puréed strawberry juice. We told them too but it wasn’t fixed.

The Sonic on Harrison Street close to Walmart in Batesville Arkansas they always get my order right and the help is very friendly. But the Sonic on St Louis Street I usually use that one because it's closer to where I live but I might have to start just driving a little further to the other one because the Sonic on St Louis Street they never can hear my order I have to repeat it over and over at least five or six times when I finally have to almost scream it into the microphone and then when they repeat it back it's still wrong. A couple weeks ago I ordered the double cheeseburger on the grilled Texas toast. I told him I wanted fries she kept saying tater tots I said no Fry's. Get my order after several minutes when I get home to sit down to eat I open up the bag take my sandwich out and what do I have but tater tots and then I open up my sandwich and find out there is only one patty on my sandwich when it is supposed to be two Patty's a half a slice of cheese and the worst part is the Texas toast was so black and so burnt I could not even eat it. I turn around and called the Sonic on St Louis Street and when the man answered I told him what had happened and he said well we would be glad to replace it I said I don't live that close that I can get back in my truck and return it but I did complain to him about the lady not been able to hear about my burnt sandwich and all he can say is yes I understand. I told him no you don't understand when this is the 19th time that I have had problems with this place. So I guess now I will drive a little further and go to the Sonic brother away from me at least I know my order will be right and we'll be hot and good. Please don't go to the one on St Louis Street in Batesville Arkansas go to the one on Harrison Street closest to Walmart or use the one at Southside they give excellent food and have great service. I so wish I would have taken a picture of my sandwich with the burnt bread and just let you see how bad it actually was but I will start taking pictures now on of the food I get just to prove to other customers if it was good or bad.

The commercials in Hot Springs says that I get a grilled double cheeseburger and tots for $3.99 and when I went to the store in Batesville AR, I paid $9.97 . The food is delicious but the price is All over the place.
