A carhop walked off with my change without even asking me if I want it, food is under cooked fried foods are usually stuck together so one side be cooked while most aren't

Ordered ahead, then checked in when I arrived, and 30 minutes later, I still didn't have my food. When I called in again to check on it, they finally brought it out and apologized. All I had ordered was buy one, get one free entrees of the chicken bites. One order had 4 pieces, one had 3.... so I'm pretty sure someone had started eating my food. It was cold and lousy, but I'd already wasted so much time that I just dealt with it and went home. Wasn't worth the wait to fix.

Orders are always wrong. Food cold. And when you get home 20 mins away after you’ve paid 20$, and it’s wrong. I’ll just make it at home myself and skip the disappointment.

If you go to this Sonic in the morning, make sure you have at least 20-30 minutes to spare. Waited ten minutes after pushing the red button after being asked to wait, had to move to another stall to actually place my order, then waited another 13 minutes for my food to arrive after I paid for it. Drove out only to find that my food was cold. The carhop was polite and apologized, but will not be going here again for any reason.

Went to the one on Harrison in Batesville today and I was falsely accused of hollering at the CarHop and the manager comes out and jumps my butt I told the manager I did not raise my voice at her and the manager would not stand there and listen to me I will not be back

I love this Sonic! I do! BUT I'm so SICK of them not putting napkins in the "to go" orders!!!!!! Come at me if you want to, I don't care!!! There's nothing worse than biting into one of their delicious smash burgers that are messy AF and not having a napkin!!! Well, there ARE worse things, I'm sure, BUT this is definitely a crap scenario!

The last three visits at the Sonic on Harrison St. was very disappointing. First and most importantly no one took our order with less than 5 customers there so after waiting several minutes we drove away. Secondly the drive has so many potholes you can't possibly drive through without hitting one.

Every time I go to this Sonic the experience is negative. Yestetday it was a 20 minute wait to just order. Food was below Sonic standards. Order screen would not let me pay. In total I was at your location for over 30 minutes. The location is dirty. The parking lot is like driving through an obstacle course (needs repair). From experience i would say half of your order stalls do not work. The poor girls who bring the food to your car are obviously overwhelmed and probably underpaid for all the stress this place causes. It's a shame because this location is less than 5 minutes from my employment and 5 minutes from my home. Perfect location you would think. Now I will be driving to the Sonic on St Louis street. The corporation for Sonic should be ashamed to have a location that feels like a dump when you drive in. Often management can be the issue but from experience it is on corporate when things are this bad.
