Never had a problem with sonic in my life. Today I got my order and I ordered something for my brother. I asked them if I could customize it and they said yes, but every time I said what I didn’t want on the burger, they would say something else. I understand if they didn’t hear me, but I told them six times what I did not want on the burger for him. They said they would fix it and get it out right away and brought us our food so we left only to find out they didn’t give us the burger we paid for. They didn’t give us a burger at all. Thumbs down on the workers today.

I thought I could've gotten food before I go to work, I did not expect to wait 21 minutes just for the carhop to keep hanging up the speaker because they thought it was funny.Pretty terrible person.I recommend the St. Louis Street one over this one.

We ordered 2 drinks and waited over 20 mimutes. When we attempted to hit the button and find out where our order was. The manager came out with a dickish attitude and was rude as hell. Talking to us like we were dogs. My mom asked to be refunded and he was sven ruder. And then when she asked for his name. He refused to give it to her. Do not recommend this sonic period.

Ordered a shake, didn't get a straw for it, so I pulled the lid off to drink it, and it had been overfilled and went everywhere. Cheese sticks were good though.

I was just trying to enjoy coffee on a late night but no the coffee lid opened and made it look like I sharted! Then my mozzarella sticks came cold bc I had to clean my mess.

These people are in to big of a hurry , they do not listen, cut you off before your done ordering! Then 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong and some time 3 times on same order, no bacon , which you paid for, one girl says they don't have tubs of ketchup and was caught lying when you had already pushed the button and got another one to bring it out and she says oh looks like we do !!! Come on just do your job
