Went through the drive thru at lunch time today and ordered a 6-inch sub with two cookies and a soda. I waited for quite some time which they did apologize for that when they handed me my food. I went straight back to work and when I opened my bag there was only a sandwich no cookies. Then I took a sip of my drink and realized instead of a Dr Pepper they gave me a Coke. Unwrapped the sub and it was cold, so it had not been heated. It seemed like the bread was old too. They did not give me a receipt either. I called and they said I could come by and get the cookies, and they would re make the sandwich. I asked if I could just have a refund since I could not leave work again and they said that was not the policy. Crazy you are expected to go out of your way and drive back to them when they are the ones that made the mistake. So, I will not be eating there again what a waste of $10 and I will be calling corporate. I am not the type of person to give such a negative review, but this was absolutely ridiculous.

Food was ok workers were hateful. If you can't be kind to someone just because you have other things to do than to work the drive through then don't have a drive through. I would be embarrassed to treat my customers that way. If I had been hateful it would be one thing but all I did was pull up.

I went in here today to get a soup and flatbread as I do most days that most subways. The lady wanted to charge me for an entire sandwich to give me a piece of bread instead of just charging me for a flatbread. So then when I asked her for a refund she aggressively grabbed the bread and scratched me in the process. Without apologizing continued to tell me off and told me I was not welcome back here or any of the other subways in my area. Because she could not do her job right? I don't really understand the aggression but choose another Subway in the area.

At all times there should be an employee who can issue refunds. Was charged 10$ too much and no help with a refund. Asked to make another sandwich so I didn’t have to make a 35 minute drive for my money back and was told no. Wont be returning. Get someone with some customer service in there. Managers train your employees.

Merciless Warrior

Horrible manager I know several people who have worked there and who have friends who work there and the manager has regularly denied them bathroom breaks and stole their tip money/ ate food for free while getting on to other workers if they did the same. Do not work or bring your business to this establishment.

It actually has a drive-thru so it was a good place to stop and get a soda which was all I got . service good. Soda tasty Had to wait a while for the lady ahead of me to get her sandwich orders made but that's okay it's better than going across town

I love the food and the employees are nice but I hate that ANY Subway I go to has gross tables. I always have to wipe down my own table and even my seat. It'd be nice to eat at a clean table when I go there, but the food is so worth it and its not bad to eat in your car if you don't wanna deal with the tables.
