I ordered from here tonight and my BMT sandwich had so much vinegar on it that it tasted like cleaner. I called and asked for them to remake it. I told them exactly what I had except for the vinegar this time. When I got the second one it wasn't even the right sandwich. My husband got the boss and although he didn't ask them to remake it it had so much pepper, marinara, and ranch on it that it had soaked the whole sandwich and through the wrapper. Very disappointed.

I order online at this store and the service was horrible I ordered at 2:55pm and went to pick up around 3:30 pm the lady that was there said she never got my order even tho I showed her that i placed my order at that location and then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do about it cos I had no proof even tho the proof was on my phone after one my friends told the lady that she needs to try harder and figure out where my food was then she proceeded to look in the trash can and found my receipt in the trash and told me we'll im sorry it got thrown away, my receipt shouldn't have been thrown away it only took me 30 minutes to get to the store to get my food and it wasn't picked up by anyone and she told me it had been an hour which it had not and then proceeded to make my food and gave me free food as an apology im assuming so anyways but the way she treated me and disrespected me claiming she was new and only had been there and month but was running the store by herself claiming she didn't know how to work the computer to pull up my food and wouldn't work with me and told me there wasn't anything she could do, I didn't get her name but she was real ugly with me and very disrespectful she was a skinny lady with dark brown hair. She needs to work on her customer service I've worked customer service for the past 6 years and I know to be better then that. And the tonight I order again on door dash they canceled the first one and then messed the second order up the put it on the wrong bread didn't toast my sandwiches nor did they cut them.

I eat here often and it’s usually a decent place to eat. I’m leaving a review because of my latest experience. I work at restaurant as well and I know my employer wouldn’t tolerate the behavior of the girl that served us. In her defense we called and placed a Togo order exactly 10 minutes before closing, which again I understand being frustrated because of it, though I would never show that towards a customer. She had an attitude while taking the call, mind you I asked her if it was too late to order or not. We were at the window at 9:57 (still before closing). She said “for future reference, don’t order 10 minutes before we close.” My mother responded with “you could have just said no” and then the girl replied “I could have just not made your food”. Then continued to mumble and slam the window shut. I don’t know how it works everywhere but in the restaurants I’ve worked in we always take the order up until the minute we close. The open sign was still on when we got there. Either way she lacked professionalism like no other and her behavior was not appropriate. She was a young blonde girl working the closing shift on august 9th.

Claimed that Italian bread was discontinued yet it’s on their menu. The people there admittedly didn’t know how to make what we ordered and had to look it up. The BMT they made me was skimpy and tasted sour. Ordered the nachos as well and I kid you not it was about 8-9 chips with some melted cheese, a tiny sprinkle of chicken and some tomatoes. (I’ve ordered these nachos before at a different location and the ones from this location was not at all the Doritos nachos) this was my first experience at this subway on Allen chapel road and I will never return. The manager needs to do better and properly train their employees

I would love too Express my service this weekend was wonderful with Ian and is the young man that works at night on subways on the weekend his Management in the morning is Danny but I called a couple times and not got a manager got two young ladies it didn't know what to say to me about leaving a good comment for Ian but I remembered Google maps there's where you can leave a comment for Ian he is a delightful young man very determined good attitude great spirit I think Ian's going to go pretty far in life and I want to tell you the service at Subway was wonderful thank you Ian see you this weekend management should really appreciate Ian thank you

The boy actually told me that the little side-kick wrap things they're doing now was no good, it was a waste of money. I was going to get one of each. So he was ready to get the store ready for closing and didn't want to bother with me. Oh and I'm posting a picture of what he did to my sandwich. It's great.

Tonight 2\2 We went thru drive thru and places an order for 1 footling sub. With a lobby packed and us impatiently waiting we rang and a young man very kindly and with a very respectful and courteous way explained the reason for our wait offered us a cookie and politely went back to work. Now days it's rare to get a younger person to have such amazing work ethic. So hope he stays on really was impressed. Don't know his name but Thank you

Went to this Subway on Tuesday night . Staff was polite and food came out fast . The only problem I had was it’s not very clean( in my opinion) . I think this is the dirtiest subway I have been in(in my opinion) . I could write my name in the dust on the paper napkin holder by the soft drinks . Even the dumpster out back looked a total disaster area. Just not use to seeing SubWay like this .
