Stood at counter for ten to twenty minutes food was messed up after finally paying and getting it had my child so couldn't even go back n get it taken care of manager was no help needs more training pathetic customer service and no offense if u r out of a size of cup then u may want to offer a refund or even part of a refund I hope cooperation actually does something I mean it's terrible

They never give the cups with the order. They then always ask how many, what size. I always point to the receipt on the tray and they just look at me until I tell them. Today I ordered the new nuggets. They were so overcooked they were the color of dark red rust. They were so hard I couldn’t pierce them with my fork. I had to break them in half with my hands. They were so dry I only ate about 1/3 of them. Unfortunately i wasn’t surprised. Food is t usually closer to a 3. Today it was a solid 1.

They never get my order right $32 and it wasn't what we ordered
We ordered from the kiosk, which I absolutely hate, and were paying with cash. There was one person running back and forth from the cash register to the kitchen area. Short of help maybe? We waited at least 30 minutes before my husband found out that card orders went through and were prepared, but cash orders had to go through the absent person at the register. After asking about our order and paying, we waited another 20 minutes before it came up.

I ordered a chicken burrito ? and was on the way back home so I had to eat and drive and there was no chicken on the burrito! I ate it because I was starving but very disappointed ?! Will not return here!
