We Watch them take chili temp 5 times while waiting for an order .each time they never once cleaned off probe on thermometer. Besides that each time used they hung it on wall .BEWARE. dirty finger nails an hands handling food .an clothes have animal hair.nasty . Health department issue.

Hello Wendy’s! I do not like giving bad reviews but oh lord! Y’all’s workers AND your service are slow. Not 3 people are in the parking lot and 2 cars in drive through, and tell me why it took 30 mins in the drive through do get some nuggets and a drink. And I had also politely asked for a dipping sauce to go with my nuggets (that were cold) and they did not give it to me. So I asked for some after receiving my order and these boys told me it’ll be 50¢!! For 1!

The slowest damn restaurant in all of Batesville during lunch rush hour. I can get quicker service at a sit down restaurant. Absolutely no point in trying the drive through and walking in isn't much faster. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

My husband and I both ordered the spicy chicken sandwich my sandwich was fine but they forgot lettuce on both of them my husband's was rubbery and hard it was disgusting I tried to bite it to it it was like fake food total turn off both sandwiches went to waste.

This was the best fast food service I've ever had! The food was amazing, the employees were friendly and lighthearted, and it made an overall positive atmosphere. While I was waiting for my Frosty, a song I liked came on and I did a silly dance to it. An employee with 'James' on his name tag danced with me from behind the counter, and it absolutely made my entire month! Best birthday ever!! I highly recommend this place next time you're in Batesville!!

Burger was raw and baked potato didn't have sour cream or butter and they didn't even know where to find these simple items located at
We came pretty late at night to try the new takis meal and it was somewhat near closing time. They were out of a lot of items but they apologized for it and explained that there had been a problem with the delivery truck. That is understandable and they were definitely as accommodating as they could be and made up for it by finding possible replacements for the item. The meal was fresh and had plenty of the takis seasoning. We appreciate the care that was taken into making sure the order was the best it could be

Whatever happened to people preparing your food wearing hair nets and gloves? The guys in the back prepping the food had long nasty looking hair. One was scratching himself, the one taking our order took his hat off and scratched his head while taking our order. So disgusting. The restaurant was not very clean and the music was so loud it was beyond annoying. I see others have complained about the loud music also but nothing had been done about it. The manager obviously does not care about their customers because no improvements have been made regarding all these complaints. Way to go Wendy's!

Shorted my kid one chicken nugget, the music was so loud that it was annoying. Then we ordered 3 medium Oreo frostys and the guy gave us 3 small chocolate frostys. Better to just go on about my business than complain to them.
