I have so many bad experiences with this sonic, but I keep giving them another shot to do better. Not only are they slow even when ur the only one in a stall or at drive thru. They have several ppl in there working so idk. Tonight was the straw. Ordered large (8) mozzarella sticks and they gave 1 tiny marinara sauce. I asked for another and they are 25 cents so whether u order a 4 piece or 8 piece ur only getting one sauce.
Very polite servers.Sonic's new app is garbage. I have tried to use it 4 times but only been able to complete one order after numerous attempts. One other attempt I was charged for an order which the Sonic facility didn't receive the order nor me. As of today; still haven't been refunded the amount I was charged.

This Sonic has actually gotten better! They are speedy, polite and on the ball! The food is fresh, hot and done right! I highly recommend this Sonic now! And ordering on the mobile app is so easy and faster towards getting your food.
