The workers here are, I hate to say it, very incompetent at their job. The drinks did not have ice and when we asked, the response was confusion. My mom who asked for a smash burger got a regular burger (even though it said the right thing on the order..) and they couldn't hear us at all on the microphone (and seemingly every other stall, not a stall issue) which makes me question if they were listening or not
Pretty decent but ya'll can't cook a breakfast burrito to save your life. Every single time I order one here the flavor is tainted with gristle - which is even more noticeable because they barely use any cheese as well. I've literally pulled off brown/black chunks from the eggs. Gross.
