The wait for service took way too long from the time we sat down to leaving. We had to ask for everything such as silverware then had to get our servers attention to get to go boxes, refills and the check. We won’t be back as long as the servers are paying more attention to bar guests that aren’t even their customers. There’s so much staff around that I have no idea why this place isn’t ran more efficiently.
Never was waited on. We got up and walked out. Total ignored.
Let me start by saying I have absolutely loved all jj’s since it opened and also I’ve never left a review of any place ever unless positive. THIS JJ’s is HORRIBLE!! I’ve been twice now and both times the girls were rude, unprofessional. Food was overcooked. And last night our server tried to charge me an extra 130$!!
