Had a delivery order that took two and a half hours. Called to ask about it and the manager said that when they are busy that is just how long it takes. Was not sorry and said if we wanted a refund we would have to have the driver come back out to the house and pick it up the food (I guess to show us who’s boss or something?) I don’t know, it was very weird. Do better. There are plenty of other places to get pizza.

WAITED 2 HOURS FOR NO PIZZA!!! IT WAS SO DISORGANIZED 50-60 PIZZAS SAT OUT GETTING COLD THEY WERE NOT EVEN ABLE TO FIGURE WHAT ORDER WENT WITH EACH PIZZA. FINALLY GAVE UP AFTER 2 HOURS OF WAITING THERE. ASKED FOR A REFUND AND DID NOT EVEN GET THAT, A LADY WROTE MY INFO ON A PIECE OF PAPER FOR THE MANAGER TO SUPPOSEDLY CALL ABOUT A REFUND. ABSOLUTELY INSANE I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED A BUSINESS SO DISORGANIZED AND INCOMPETENT I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME!!!!!

I ordered a large lauau pizza with mushrooms and extra cheese on thin crust. Delivered pizza no pineapple or extra cheese 🧀 I graciously tipped the driver only to have a pizza I wasn’t satisfied with. I’m not a complainer I will be going elsewhere.

I have never been so disappointed in how I was not let down. To be be completely honest, I was expecting this place to be an absolute shit show. Low key, it was straight heat. On god, I have never EVER had such thoughtful crew attended to my needs in the way that I had today. I am 100% coming back and will continue to trust my time and money into this business. Great work guys.

Food is well priced delivery was quick. But we got our order messed up. Despite that after a quick call the service was really friendly, no complaints or even bad tones when they went through the replacement process. Food was great! Shout outs to Will for his great service
