Went into Subway today and they only had one type of bread. It was wheat which I don’t like when I have a sub. This place is close so I go here a lot. There is no soup and usually only one worker there. I will make the drive to another sub shop from now on.

Not impressed the store was dirty didn't have any onion cut blamed the morning shift they were extremely slow other co worker on his phone by the time they got my sandwich it was cold also they had the ac turned down too far it was cold inside the store it I will never be back

Wait was long and food was disappointing. Meat was skimpy and prices have gotten so high. We have decided that it isn't worth the over $30 we paid for 2 sandwiches only. They also charged $12 (price of a 12 inch sandwich on a12 sub bun) for a full flat bread sandwich (only 6inches). you only get the content of a 6in with a regular sub bread. Disappointing!!! They also forced a tip at register. In a full service restaurant we tip the waiter/waitress not the food prep.

I've worked for and managed subway stores for nearly a decade in the past. Both times ive been to this location felt like a waste of money. Sandwiches are sloppy, staff is slow and my biggest peeve is that when a sandwich isnt toasted doesnt mean the customer wants cold chicken, steak, etc. I specifically asked in my online order for the meat to be heated since the sandwich isnt toasted. Did I get cold chicken? Yes. Were all of my toppings and sauce spilling out the side while the middle was dry? Also yes. Last time we ordered in store and I had to go back and forth with the employee and tell them in the simplest elementary terms to heat the meat separately. I get it, you dont want to wash another silicone tray but come on.

Walked inside to an empty store with three visible employees. Every single table was dirty with crumbs, sauce smears and wetness from previous drinks. The floor was a complete mess - food and trash everywhere. My wife was in the process of ordering (as I was cleaning off a table) when she asked about the wilted slimy looking spinach that was about to be put on the sandwinch. One employee said he 'thought' it was okay to eat. It looked horrible, like it had been sitting there for a very long time. How one could or would actually grab some of it and put it on a sandwinch to be served to a customer is crazy!!! One of the female employee's changed it out without question and the new batch looked much better. Ovrerall the entire food selection area was dirty, unkept and was in need of a complete overhaul. This store in Bella Vista needs help. We decided to take our business elsewhere because of the conditions of the food (not just the spinach) and the overall appearance of the store. Maybe they just went through a rush before we arrived, but I just don't see how a store could look this bad (food, prep area, tables, floor) with three employee's in it and we were the only customer's at the time. The owner of this locstion needs to drop in at random times to check on the conditions of this store! Or maybe the owner is the problem and just dosen't care about what is going on? Avoid this location as it is unkept, dirty and lacks cleanliness and supervision.

Manager or whatever was following unsafe food practices, not wearing gloves properly, talking on his personal cell phone at the counter, and you could tell he was high on something.
This place just needs to shut down it has pretty much just went so far down hill .

Last Friday, employee Briley was bleeding from his knuckle after slicing himself with a knife. He was still customer facing while trying to stop the bleeding with paper towels. He was wrapping and bagging sandwiches and running the cash register all while touching his bloody knuckle. He asked customers dining in the restaurant if they had a bandaid. He asked another customer if they would help him put on his latex finger glove. Completely disgusting and unprofessional and a HUGE health risk. I reported this to the store owner who didn’t seem to care and I’ve also reported this to the health department.
