Don't go to any Sonic. The company has no appreciation for longtime, loyal customers.I have nothing against this location. But after being treated like a criminal at the East Sunshine location in Springfield, Missouri, when their actions damaged my vehicle, I avoid all Sonics.I drove by this one today, and would have stopped for lunch had it not been for the Springfield location. I'll mention that I called corporate, and was told someone would be in touch with me. But they lied. And I find it humorous that subsequent reviews of other Sonics I passed by get responses to call corporate. Hey ... I did ... you LIED ... nobody reached out. Check your records for my original call, get back with me, and MAYBE I'll start spending too much money with you again.

This local place usually gives great service, and the food is awesome too. However, on this occasion, I waited an extra 12 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready according to the app online where I ordered it. They only had one customer on the lot. I can’t believe they couldn’t have had the order ready in the allotted time. I told you young lady it was a big disappointment that they were that inefficient. However, I’m still getting them a five star rating because they’ve been great for many years, and she had a good attitude. Just beware, if you were online on the app, they’re not very efficient.

I can't rate it one star, because some people do their jobs. I'm leaving it at 2, because after getting a cup full of syrup, and bringing it to the sonic so they know I didn't drink it, and I need a replacement, they charged me again bc she swore she put as little caramel in there as possible. Idk what kind of person you think I am, but I emptied that first cup of syrup all over your parking lot for you, maybe now you can tell the difference between a scammer and a dissatisfied customer. Terrible service.

Got a potato chip for a chicken strip missed half my order was not charged but it was on the scree. Associate was extremely rude but was Youngblood Manger was to busy. Remade to strips but wanted to charge forbthem.

The blonde short hair girl was really rude. Didnt get our food till 30 minutes later, said it was on it way and 10 minutes goes by and no one. When we got the food i had told her that we should have to pay since it was so late and she contenuied to say well sorry but you have yo I had to remake you medium shake cause i though ut was a small.....like um what maybe you ahould read the screen in front of you and make our order right. So dissappointed in bellefontes sonic. Terrible service and a rude carhop!

Slow service. Food not hot or fresh. Wasn't made the way I asked for it. Sad that as much as you have to pay now for eating out that you can't get hot fresh food. I don't eat out very often but when I do I would like for it to be good

Worst burger we’ve ever had at a sonic and when we ordered ice cream they didn’t include m&ms in our M&M blast or the whip topping we paid extra for. When we brought this up the waitress said it wasn’t her problem cause she didn’t make the ice cream. They then put a couple disgusting looking m&ms on top and by then we were so fed up we just left.
