This local place usually gives great service, and the food is awesome too. However, on this occasion, I waited an extra 12 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready according to the app online where I ordered it. They only had one customer on the lot. I can't rate it one star, because some people do their jobs. I'm leaving it at 2, because after getting a cup full of syrup, and bringing it to the sonic so they know I didn't drink it, and I need a replacement, they charged me again bc she swore she put as little caramel in there as possible. Got a potato chip for a chicken strip missed half my order was not charged but it was on the scree. Associate was extremely rude but was Youngblood Manger was to busy. Remade to strips but wanted to charge forbthem.
