This place is amazing and affordable! The food is fresh and healthy! Love it!
I’m from Harrison but moved away several years ago. I have truly missed Neighbors Mill. I was in town for an appt this week and had the pleasure to pick up a to go order of salad samplers and muffins for my mom, sister, and me! The food never disappoints! The pumpkin cream cheese muffins are to die for. The service was so friendly and I was told they were so glad I was able to stop by. Felt like going home!
If it's pastry or bread, Neighbor's Mill is tops. I try to stop in any time I'm passing through Harrison.

The bakery items are considered some of the best you’ll find anywhere, and the garlic triple cheese bread has the perfect balance of garlic and cheese. The staff handles issues with grace and kindness, making the experience pleasant even when minor incidents occur. Overall, it’s a must-visit spot with reasonable prices and a cozy, niche atmosphere.
