“I come here for the ribs. Best around by a wide margin. Wonderful bark and needs no sauce, though what they have on hand is a nice supplement if that's your thing. Today I was feeling frisky and tried the catfish and was blown away. Large portions perfectly cooked. I had thought of this place as a BBQ joint that had catfish on the side - nope. It's a catfish place that servers killer BBQ. Excellent all-around.“

“Rib Crib is my new most favorite BBQ place of Any state. Located in Benton, AK on the Eastbound side of I-30 you might miss it but it’s worth backtracking to get yourself Here- where the giant St Louis rib plate has off the bone tenderness via a rub or a sticky Okie sauce.

The table choices of extra BBQ for slathering are a mild Okie barbecue sauce, a truly medium heat but Excellent spicy barbecue sauce, and a hard to beat Carolina vinegary mustard sauce you won’t find much like it for the next 400 miles.

If you see the Buck-ee’s signs suggesting you “Hold It” for 530 miles and then the signs later for holding it for just another 480 miles or so you are ready to start mapping your way to the Rib Crib.

Baby back ribs, pulled pork, smoked chicken, sausage, sides aplenty and new Fried pies in Peach, Apple, and Blackberry.

Five Stars isn’t enough considering they were open when the Steak House wasn’t anymore due to ice.

The staff is warm and helpful and the kitchen staff were busy with a large group but I got my food before I was done washing the road off my hands.

“My husband and I stopped while on a trip today at the TRH in Little Rock, AR. Went to the take-out window. Trinity took my order and big KUDOS to her for excellent service, a bright smile and just a great person to interact with — the ladies at the entrance when I came in weren’t quite as nice but I’ll give them a pass — they could do better though (just sayn’). The food was good but I have to put it more on me than them… I didn’t order the right thing. Should have gotten the Smokehouse hamburger… my bad. My husband had the 6ox Sirloin and he wasn’t particularly happy because he’s a rib-eye guy. If you know, you know. I got the chicken and enjoyed it. I don’t think TRH uses tallow for their frying yet… wish they would! Seed oils upset my stomach and I had that reaction. I would try it again and order the hamburger.“

“I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, baked beans and potato salad with #2 sauce. My husband got the brisket sandwich with sides and burnt ends. OMG!!!! It exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning customers . Thanks whole hog for not wasting our money❤️“

“Jordan's gets overlooked in conversations about the best central Arkansas barbecue but I think their food can hold its own against most restaurants that serve similar items. Great chopped meats, ribs, sausages and chicken, a delicious slightly sweet sauce unlike most others in this area and some of the best sides anywhere. Especially love their cole slaw, baked beans and onion rings. Friendly help on both sides of the counter, and you pay as you order so no waiting around to get a bill when you're ready to go and things are busy. Highly recommend.“
