Colton's Steak House & Grill

The coca-cola machine was off because what they insisted was regular. Coke like Diet Coke, two different glasses. No offer of an iced tea refill until we were about to leave. And the worst thing was that my Philly cheese steak sandwich was so soggy that It could not be picked up and eaten by hand, but had to be eaten with a knife & fork. That’s not the way you’re supposed to be able to eat a Philly cheesesteak.

Waitress was not attentive I think overwhelmed due to church groups coming in so we were forgotten. Our steaks were not correct mine was burnt and his was not cooked and tasted old. Not our 1st visit or our last just Sunday lunch this time was awful experience 😞

Steak was over seasoned to the point it wasn't edible. The corn was almost rotten. My son left his NY baseball cap on the table. We called and they said they had the hat and we could pick it up the next day. Next day it wasn't there. Fifty dollar hat and nobody wants to take responsibility. Manager won't return a call. We'll never eat at Colton's again.

Atmosphere was very cool and country cowboy themed, great for kids! The service was decent we went at 8:30 and they close at 10 so our timing wasn't great. But our server was the sweetest and kept a smile the whole time kept checking our drinks and brought refills without even asking. The food was good as well the ribs and sorloin were delicious!

I was passing through Arkansas and decided to eat lunch, stopped at Colton's steakhouse 1925 Landers Drive, Benton, Arkansas. We ordered the catfish and the sirloin steak the waitress Amanda took our order. She was very attentive , welcomeing and delightful not rushing or over bearing. Food came out timely, hot, well cooked and delicious.

D was amazing. I took such good care of us. We definitely want him next time if we can.

Steaks are normally spot on, but were a bit over-cooked this time from rare to medium.

My family and I just recently visited. The food was fantastic, and our server, Katelyn, was phenomenal. She was so sweet to our kids.

Kid-friendliness: My son is 5. He loves the peanuts at the table, and our server made him feel like the most important little boy in the room!
