Food an peoples are awesome!!
the food was fabulous except for the tamales which tasted like they had been sitting for a few days. Im sure fresh they would have been delicious but very disappointed after eating such a wonderful lunch and taking home tamales that were so unappetizing.

Taquería El Quetzal is a hidden little gem with delicious and authentic Latin food, surpassing tex-mex restaurants. The food was excellent, with generous portions and fresh ingredients like fresh cilantro and on-point green salsa. Popular meals include the steak taco, torta with carne asada (also called bistec), barbacoa torta, and carnitas taco. The restaurant is very clean, with adorable tablecloths and a cozy unassuming spot. Service is great, very friendly, attentive, and super sweet to kids; staff brought a baby tiny avocado cubes on her own little plate. The menu has lots of items with Latin flare, plus an impressive collection of fruity drinks, Mexican Cokes, and frozen concoctions. The owner shows passion and willingness to make anything not on the menu. This is the best Latin food in all of Arkansas and perfection for the best quick lunch in the area.
