Awful mcdonalds. Service sucks, all the employees have an attitude or dont look up from their phones. the place is dirty and the last 4 times ive been there my order has been wrong. This time i went and got a meal and didnt get the burger, only the fries. Awful.

First and formost i don’t have high expectations for McDonald’s anymore. However the front staff was great the quality of the food it self was terrible. Asked for extra onion got little to none, took the kitchen longer to get my order out and i still got cold fries! It’s sad they stay so busy and yet fry’s are given cold…

I ordered delivery at 10pm think it wouldn’t be good that had sit there all day since they closed late. I did the Chalupa meal & some nachos, the worst experience I have ever had with them (military road in Benton ar) the chalupas were uneatable, nachos look like they were ruined and slopped together just gross never again will I eat at this place ridiculous. I should have drove back up there and demanded a refund but that killed the whole purpose of delivery

the food may be fast and the service good.. but the okay area is barely ever clean. I needs to be cleaned including where the kids play. I had to clean off our table that wee used. it smells and the mesh pad needs to be replaced. I do not like come g here very often because I really don't like my kids playing in the play area. I'm sorry to say, but mcdonald's has gone down hill. It's like they don't care anymore.

This is my go-to every morning I get my senior coffee two creams and four sugars and have had nothing but a pleasant experience these girls and guys work their tails off and most the time with a smile, thank you

Today my coworker and I stopped to have lunch at this location (Military Rd) and it was TOP TIER. Upon entering we were met with smiles, greetings, and high energy. I placed my order on the kiosk and received my food before I could decide where to sit. It was freshhhhhhhh!! As simple as it may be, thank you so much for an amazing lunch experience!!

Ordered through Doordash, an entire meal was missing. Requested a refund from Doordash and immediately reordered and added a meal.... just in case they failed again so everyone could finally eat. Received 2 meals with NO french fries. Not sure what they have working here, but apparently the regional manager needs to clean house. Total idiots. Should I have expected more from McDonald's? Definitely doesn't take a rocket scientist to put food in a bag. Smh
