So, I decided to go to this location. I had driven to Bryant and tried to order the Grinch Meal but they didn’t have it. My kids were balling their eyes out. So I told them tha I would try the Benton location. So I drive over there. AND THEY DONT HAVE IT. The place is a complete disaster. I saw a roach! And the people were quite rude

We ordered two grinch meals, neither had the grinch salt or the shaker bags. It wouldn’t have mattered anyway, because the frys were too cold for anything to stick to them even if we did have it. Both the Big Macs were more of a big mess and thrown together. The happy meal had no toy included. We were missing multiple items from our order: an order of 10 McNuggets, 2 McDoubles, and our sauce. The wrap looked more like a taco because it wasn’t even rolled up. Literally every portion of our meal was sloppy and cold or missing. Tried to call the restaurant on the number provided by the receipt, no answer. Called the corporate number and it disconnected after it instructed us to call the restaurant with the number on the receipt. Almost like that wouldn’t have been our first instinct. We will not be back to this location or any other anytime soon if ever.

Twice in the last week where my food was sitting on the counter and I was waiting at least 5 to 10 minutes for it outside parked. Front counter has no clue about what their doing. Questions that are being asked the gentleman couldn't answer. I had to get out and go in to get my food setting on the counter and it was cold. They need to train more efficiently.

I drove in the morning I was trying to get a sausage egg mc griddle. They were two people working here they answered the phone the first time and after that they didn’t took the order. I thought Benton Mc Donald’s was better than that. It makes feel that just incompetent people work here. I should know better next time.

Shay is the worst employee this location has, if she’s working your food is late. Currently even though Shay is not working I’ve been waiting on a single coffee. The order was put in at 8:19 it is currently 8:55 and still no coffee. This location has got to be one of the worst in the entire company. I was told by the manager on duty that my phone had to be within three meters of the restaurant as I was actively in the restaurant, talking to her, with my phone literally in hand. So I’m cancelling my 30+ minute order of coffee. Great customer service here. Sadly I would have had my coffee faster with Shay. Pathetic location. Whoever the DM is for this location should also be reprimanded for allowing this location to be as bad as it is.

This location is brand new. About a year ago, the old restaurant was completely torn down and rebuilt in the more modern style. Easier access, clean and inviting.
