Saw a billboard on I30 headed back to Texas. The sign said it was the best catfish in Arkansas. I do not personally care for fish, my travel partner does. We ordered the twisted pickles, a combo plate with fish, chicken, shrimp, coleslaw and Cajun rice and extra hush puppies.I rated 4 stars on the food because the pickles had a lot of grease in the basket and did not include the ranch as advertised. I’ve been going to eat my catfish for my birthday and to just eat them every year for going on ten years mainly in Conway and still very much enjoy the food. I was kind of disappointed that they did not have mayonnaise cause I’m the weird one that dips my potatoes in mayonnaise . They use to give me the mayonnaise in a 2oz cup that they used to make the tartar sauce with, I guess the tartar sauce is no longer made in house.
