It was typical gor subway. My sandwich was really good. Guy next to me found a hair in his sandwich. Told an employee(she was doing schedule so maybe a manager?) seated next to him and she kind of laughed. Wasn't to he really persisted that she asked 'can I see it?' , then offered him a free sandwich. I mean, it happens, but she should have been at least apologetic and quicker to offer to remake it.
The young man making our sandwiches did an awesome job for only his 5th day. 2 other employees on duty never offered to assist him. One went outside and was on her phone. The other guy did,"busy",work.
