19 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Benton

“First time trying Freddy's, and it was absolutely delicious. My girlfriend talked me into downloading the app and was able to get a double cheeseburger with purchase. The prime rib cheeseburger was phenomenal. The fries were good with the special sauce, even though I'm not a fan of shoestring fries.“

“It was fast and good! Staff was nice.“

“Okay we always get chicken express and we lovvvveee the people the service is amazing even in the drive Thur but today I figured I’d give them a review. But today after I got off work I went over to get my fiancé a $5 dollar box and after he got Thur eating it he takes a bite out of a this leg and the way it looks and the way it was just to under cooked or something but right after 10 minutes late he got sick. But after all the food and service is awesome keep doing what y’all are doing y’all are doing great.“

“Ordered the cheese steak in the drive thru. Didn't hear the price over the speaker but when I got to the window it was $19.00 for the sandwich only. These franchise restaurants are just taking advantage of customers. The people working there are always polite and willing to do their job. With prices like that I won't be going back. And there was nothing special about the cheese steak..“

“Food was ok. Your normal fast food. The staff was friendly and much more proficient than the other local fast food place and also we got our food just like we ordered it. That's rare with the one with the yellow M and also with less attitude. Our fast food go to.“

“Very friendly employees & kind hearted. Service is good & fast. I always ask for extra ice & sometimes have to have her to get me more ice but not often. Welcome back very pleased! 🥰“

“I visited Little Rock this past weekend and of course, I had to make a stop at Hardee’s, lol! They still have not disappointed me with their sausage, egg, & cheese breakfast biscuit sandwich! Some of their locations provide real fried eggs and not the folded eggs, which is perfect for me. Keep up the great work Hardee’s - great food, reasonable prices, excellent customer service = a visit from me every time!“

“Curt took our order, brought it to our table and it was the friendliest, most efficient service I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant!“

“We had a wonderful encounter this evening. The customer service that was provided by Heather and the on duty manager was the best that we had ever had any where. They turned a bad experience, from a previous visit several months ago, into a GREAT experience today. I have been eating Captain Ds for over 30 years now and. I swore I would never come back and these two have definitely changed my mind. Y’all need more employees like this to represent this company.“

“Great food and the service is excellent. I go to this one quiet a bit because my daughter is close by.“

“Had a delivery driver tonight that went above and beyond to provide great customer service. The food was excellent as well. Not the Pizza Hut I am accustomed to. This pizza was not overly greasy and made with care. Best Pizza Hut I have ever had. Will certainly order again.“

“I eat here once a month while visiting family in Benton; I have to admit we get the same meal each time. However, those chicken strips with potatoes and gravy are always great! Fast service whether I order online or in person. Polite help and management at the counter. They must be doing something right, this KFC is always busy!“

“Manager on duty was amazing, genuinely one of the kindest interactions I've had at a food company. Our car had a blow out on the highway right next to their restaurant. We were stuck waiting for 2 hours late at night, while we waited near the curb they checked on us multiple times. I'd come back just for the service and the kindness of the manager.“

“This was one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had. A special shoutout to Samrah (I hope I got her name right , a white girl with some tattoos ) — she was incredibly kind and welcoming. She greeted every customer with a genuine smile and provided excellent service throughout. It’s rare to see someone bring such positive energy and friendliness to their work. Employees like her make a big difference and keep customers coming back. Thank you for the wonderful experience!“

“I hardly ever do food reviews first off, but this store was so amazing it made me change that! Was in town for some tests at saline memorial decided to stop by for some spicy stripe. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm welcome, the older lady that rung me up was very friendly very professional, knew exactly what she was doing took my order served me and I was seated in less than 30 secs! Blew my mind! The food was perfect! Crispy spicy hot delicious strips, the mashed taters were perfect as well and a little spicy like they should be .....the biscuit, the biscuit was even better it was soft and buttery and delicious. I think I saw the GM walking around making sure the store was in running order which it was! It looked immaculate in there and was one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been in including the restroom! whoever is running that store during the day is DOING IT BEYOND RIGHT!!!! A++ them folks heed a raise or something over there! And it wasn't just the food it was the staff as well.....STELLAR ! Thank yall for the amazing experience during a time of such uncertainty, you'll never know how much it meant to me but hopefully this will help you even a little of how grateful I am!“

“Haven’t been in for a while. Glad I stopped. We were greeted as we entered and they had new entree offers. We were very happy with our visit and our service, especially from Marcus. He was very helpful at showing the new entrees. The whole time we were there he was either helping someone or cleaning. We will be back!“

“Fast service, a standard menu, and consistent quality — just what you expect from McDonald’s. It’s a convenient place for a quick meal, the food is served hot, but it can get crowded during peak hours. Overall, it’s a reliable option when you need to grab a quick bite without any surprises.“

“I had a very unpleasant experience with a worker at this location. And I literally drive past multiple other Subways to coem here quite often as I have a picky eater that only eats a handful of things - subway being one of them!
I asked for the owners info to talk to him about it. He went above and beyond what was required to help me. He started by telling me how much he appreciates my business and then he offered more than necessary to make the situation right.
I was SO impressed with his professionalism and kindness.
What could have been a situation that caused me to never come back was turned around all because of this impressive man!“

“I will only order from Jonah at this Pizza Hut because when we do he makes sure our pizza comes out perfect and fresh everytime. If I were in a position to hire I'd suggest you hire more like this gentleman. Jonah cooked our dinner tonight and we are completely satisfied. We have never met Jonah in person and perhaps one day we will get to but until then WELL DONE Jonah! Keep it up and we will keep coming back 😉 Thank you again!“
