“First time trying Five Star Burgers today. I ordered through Door Dash. Possibly the best burger I have ever had. It arrived and was so hot I had to let it cool down before I could eat it. I had the double cheeseburger, and everything I wanted was on there. The curly fries were delicious, but that cheeseburger was the star of the meal. It may have been my first time ordering it, but it definitely won't be my last.“

“Sonics should all be the same it's why we stop. But, this SONIC was on another level entirely!! WOW! I don't know what they did but the cheddar peppers tasted like they hand rolled them fresh. The cheeseburger was fresh and bun was so perfect. This was an amazing visit to an already known chain, but this location is in a class of it's own. Great work team.

“The ULTIMATE BEST SUBWAY I PERSONALLY HAVE EVER SEEN. AFTER our third GREAT VISIT, I SAW THE OWNER'S NAME AND PHONE #. IT WAS ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON. ALL THREE VISITS WERE SUPERB, EXTREMELY FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES, MAKING THE ULTIMATE BEST SANDWICHES. ALL VEGETABLE CONTAINERS STAY FULL, WITH EVERYTHING FRESH AND APPEALING. CLEANEST BUSINESS IVE EVER SEEN. THE OWNER DID ANSWER HIS PHONE. I TOLD HIM EVERYTHING AS EXPLAINED ABOVE; HE WAS VERY GRACIOUS FOR MY CALL. WE CONTINUE TO CALL-IN OUR ORDERS WEEKLY. WHEN PICKING UP OUR ORDERS, IT STILL RATES AN A+. “The poor worker. She was afraid to give me more than 6 black olives on my FOOT LONG sandwich for fear of her boss!! I always ask for extra and I don't get anything on my sandwich except extra pickles, extra black olives and jalapeños. I can have extra olives Karen! I didn't eat your lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, banana peppers, cucumber, onions or whatever else so I saved enough cents to allow the extra olives. I could have extra pickles just not olives. Apparently they get in trouble all the time over the black olives. There are a couple other stores in town so I don't think I'll go back to that specific store as not to tempt the workers to break the rules. Oh and you could have a free cookie if you left inside and went through the drive through and ordered there instead ? I like to see my food made c'mon! So I can make sure I get extra pickles and black olives! Who owns this store? You are giving employees a traumatic experience and lost four customers from my family. Carry on with the olive nonsense ✌

“My grandson and I stopped in at the McDonald’s on Airport Road this morning and saw a packed parking lot. Wondering why, we went inside to order and saw lots of happy customers. As we approached the counter to order we saw the sweetest employee telling folks to have a great day and calling them by name. Sharon was very energetic and kind to us. After placing our orders Sharon said 37, and I asked if that was the price or our number. She replied “your age”! Now she’s my best friend!! I can’t say enough good things about the positive atmosphere, good breakfast food and prompt service we received this morning at the Airport Road McDonalds in Hot Springs, AR. And judging by the packed parking lot at 8:30, I’m not the only one who thinks so!! Give Sharon a raise!! She’s outstanding and a great example for us all.“

“tonight we ordered delivery through the Wendy's app that uses door dash. 20 minutes after our food was to be delivered we called Wendy's and spoke with Ginger.our order wasn't picked up and she told us that our food wasn't just sitting waiting that they wait until the driver comes to make it. We agreed to give it a few more minutes and if nobody from door dash came to get it we would head that way and get it ourselves. Ginger took our order again, because door dash canceled it finally, and discounted our food which she didn't have to do. Even after we got home and were eating she called to let us know that 2 different drivers came to pick up our food, an hour after estimated delivery time. Thank you Ginger for being so kind and fixing a mistake that wasn't yours or Wendy's fault.“

“I placed an order this week while I was out doing food deliveries, they were quite busy and in the process of making my order when I suddenly had to leave, I asked him to please hold my order and I will be back. They held my order for me and I picked it up as soon as I was done with my delivery. Very kind of them and friendly staff“

“I love this location more than any other. It's cleaner and better staffed than any other location in hot springs. To those out there who are semi bacteria folds like myself. I would encourage you to drive out of your way to go to this location above all others. Then put your mind at ease once you go inside or even through the drive-thru knowing that your food will be handled properly and 99% of the time it's correct. Plus my two puppy dogs usually make buddies with at least one employee every few trips and get a complimentary little small thing of ice cream or something even if I pay for it it's just little things like that that make the day better.
