“We had a great experience here! The food was hot and fresh on pickup. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I had a large to-go order, they even helped me carry it to the car. We had the Papa Burger, Chili Cheese Coney, Chili Cheese fries, corn dog bites, and onion rings. Everything was good quality and tasted great. We would come back here all the time if we lived in town!“

I waited for what seemed like forever, but back out of nowhere she popped up to the window. Food was fresh and super hot and both sauces were in the bag with napkins.“

“First time trying Five Star Burgers today. I ordered through Door Dash. Possibly the best burger I have ever had. It arrived and was so hot I had to let it cool down before I could eat it. I had the double cheeseburger, and everything I wanted was on there. The curly fries were delicious, but that cheeseburger was the star of the meal. The cheeseburger was fresh and bun was so perfect. This was an amazing visit to an already known chain, but this location is in a class of it's own. Great work team.

They were very sweet, patient with our wild kids, and wonderful at checking in to see if we needed anything. We met a girl named Tiffany, a guy named Chris, and the GM whose name we didn’t get, but these people were all so wonderful. 10/10 experience ⭐️“

“tonight we ordered delivery through the Wendy's app that uses door dash. 20 minutes after our food was to be delivered we called Wendy's and spoke with Ginger.our order wasn't picked up and she told us that our food wasn't just sitting waiting that they wait until the driver comes to make it. We agreed to give it a few more minutes and if nobody from door dash came to get it we would head that way and get it ourselves. Ginger took our order again, because door dash canceled it finally, and discounted our food which she didn't have to do. Even after we got home and were eating she called to let us know that 2 different drivers came to pick up our food, an hour after estimated delivery time. Thank you Ginger for being so kind and fixing a mistake that wasn't yours or Wendy's fault.“

“My grandson and I stopped in at the McDonald’s on Airport Road this morning and saw a packed parking lot. Wondering why, we went inside to order and saw lots of happy customers. As we approached the counter to order we saw the sweetest employee telling folks to have a great day and calling them by name. Sharon was very energetic and kind to us. After placing our orders Sharon said 37, and I asked if that was the price or our number. She replied “your age”! Now she’s my best friend!! I can’t say enough good things about the positive atmosphere, good breakfast food and prompt service we received this morning at the Airport Road McDonalds in Hot Springs, AR. And judging by the packed parking lot at 8:30, I’m not the only one who thinks so!! Give Sharon a raise!! She’s outstanding and a great example for us all.“

“The food was fine. The dining area, however, is a completely different situation. There so many flies they were landing all over me and my children. The floor was LITTERED with food and trash. I'm a manager at Taco Bell and this NEVER happens at my store because we know it takes 5 seconds to sweep and wipe down. Something McDonalds on Malvern Ave sorely needs to learn.“
