We asked a local for recommendations on a down home breakfast spot. She didn't hesitate to let us know about English Muffin. When we went, we were SO impressed and excited to find this place. The atmosphere is very old school diner (which I absolutely love) The food was delicious. We were greeted the moment we walked in. Had several personal interactions. You could tell there were regulars there that clearly come what seems like every day. The food? OMG! The pancakes were so fluffy & definitely homemade. The sausage and eggs were on point. Even the coffee was a delight. Needless to say, it was so great, we HAD to come back the next day for our breakfast before we hit the road back to Shreveport. We can't wait to come back, and yes, we WILL!! Hot Springs, you are lucky to have a place like this and don't take it for granted. We wish there was a spot like this in Shreveport.
