“First we arrived at Fisherman’s Wharf, got in quite fast. Very friendly staff we sat and ate dinner with lalo around 6:30. Didn’t get serviced until 6:45, when he came to the table is was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall he did a great job and we got our food quickly, but every time he would approach the table he would have an attitude. The catfish was great, and my husband enjoyed the grouper oscar. 4.3/5* overall“

“The atmosphere here is unmatched. Live music upstairs, night club downstairs, and karaoke outside. They also do sports games live streams outside on game days. The staff here is so nice. Rob who does Karaoke is the coolest guy there. Hopefully while your there you can get treated to a song by Wild Bill or Mike. Drinks are moderately priced and they are definitely not skimp on portions. Bartenders are well knowledgeable on drinks. Will be back!“

“Server Jordyn was so personable and caring to every customer. You could see how happy their customers were. The pizza was delicious. We had the med with hot honey and beef and blue cheese with opera sauce. Amazing. Quality ingredients for sure. Specialty cocktail was like a cucumber Tom Collin’s - refreshing and great. The ice in the drinks is the awesome crunchy ice. The bathrooms are spotless. You could see the care all of the staff takes and little details. Happy employees, welcoming vibe. Superb playlist. “The customer service is fantastic; they accommodated my request for a high-floor room. I had a beautiful city view from the 14th floor! The room was spacious and clean, and the location is perfect as it is within easy walking distance to all the shops and attractions downtown. It is an incredible value for the price, and I truly got my money’s worth through the great service and convenient setting! 👌“

I forgot my purse there and didn’t realize until hours later! I called and it was literally one minute before they closed! Not only did the manager have my purse, but he saw my room key and called my hotel. He informed me he was prepared to bring me my purse at the hotel if I did not call before he left! “Plenty of parking, items for those who are vegetarian, both Asian and American foods offered. Some of the food in the center of the buffet was cold and it is difficult to let someone know if they do not speak or understand English. The restaurant could do with a refresh considering the current prices. Would I eat there again yes. But I would not say it is the best option in Hot Springs.“
