“We shared a cheeseburger, a hot dog and fries - they were tasty and reasonably priced. The burger is listed at 1/3 lb, but it sure didnt seem like it - much more bun than burger, but still tasty. The hot dog was actually beefier and very satisfying.“

“We arrived close to closing time after a day at the lake. They graciously let us in and served us as if they just opened. The staff were kind, professional and efficient. The food was exceptional, as always. Our group of 6 had a mixture of shrimp, chicken, and fish. Thank you so much for the great food and hospitality!“

“We haven't been to a Freddy's since we lived near one 5+ years ago. The food was just as good as expected and was served up pretty quickly. The staff ranged from semi friendly to very friendly. On the downside, the tables had not been cleaned recently, and every one had crumbs or other remnants from other patrons. There are two places to dispose of trash and leave trays, and one was beyond overflowing. I could understand these issues if it were a busy time, but there we no more than nine customers eating while we were there, and seemed to be enough employees to take care of these things.“

“First time trying Five Star Burgers today. I ordered through Door Dash. Possibly the best burger I have ever had. It arrived and was so hot I had to let it cool down before I could eat it. I had the double cheeseburger, and everything I wanted was on there. The curly fries were delicious, but that cheeseburger was the star of the meal. It may have been my first time ordering it, but it definitely won't be my last.“

“I attended Trivia night. The place was packed. We got there early so got our food order and waitress was attentive. However, as the evening progressed our waitress was not existent. Asked her for a box for the pizza and it never came. Had to ask one of the food runners who promptly brought it. Water wasn't refilled and we were never checked on after our food arrived. Had to flag her down to get the check. On trivia nights need more wait staff and another trivia runner to help speed up the game. Food was good as always.“

“tonight we ordered delivery through the Wendy's app that uses door dash. 20 minutes after our food was to be delivered we called Wendy's and spoke with Ginger.our order wasn't picked up and she told us that our food wasn't just sitting waiting that they wait until the driver comes to make it. We agreed to give it a few more minutes and if nobody from door dash came to get it we would head that way and get it ourselves. Ginger took our order again, because door dash canceled it finally, and discounted our food which she didn't have to do. Even after we got home and were eating she called to let us know that 2 different drivers came to pick up our food, an hour after estimated delivery time. Thank you Ginger for being so kind and fixing a mistake that wasn't yours or Wendy's fault.“

“We just left after stopping for ice cream with our youth group, and the people there were SO AMAZING. They were very sweet, patient with our wild kids, and wonderful at checking in to see if we needed anything. We met a girl named Tiffany, a guy named Chris, and the GM whose name we didn’t get, but these people were all so wonderful. 10/10 experience ⭐️“

“Sonics should all be the same it's why we stop. But, this SONIC was on another level entirely!! WOW! I don't know what they did but the cheddar peppers tasted like they hand rolled them fresh. The cheeseburger was fresh and bun was so perfect. This was an amazing visit to an already known chain, but this location is in a class of it's own. Great work team.

“Brandon, Jahbri (spelling?) and the rest of the crew are always on point when I visit this location. Food is served how I want, hot and fresh. Brandon especially, is great with customer service and welcoming guests in the restaurant and at the drive thru. Very refreshing, considering most fast food experiences in Hot Springs tend to bring disappointment one way or another.“

“My grandson and I stopped in at the McDonald’s on Airport Road this morning and saw a packed parking lot. Wondering why, we went inside to order and saw lots of happy customers. As we approached the counter to order we saw the sweetest employee telling folks to have a great day and calling them by name. Sharon was very energetic and kind to us. After placing our orders Sharon said 37, and I asked if that was the price or our number. She replied “your age”! Now she’s my best friend!! I can’t say enough good things about the positive atmosphere, good breakfast food and prompt service we received this morning at the Airport Road McDonalds in Hot Springs, AR. And judging by the packed parking lot at 8:30, I’m not the only one who thinks so!! Give Sharon a raise!! She’s outstanding and a great example for us all.“

“I live near Mount Ida but work in Hot Springs, so I have started stopping at this McDonald’s & they NEVER disappoint! Keep in mind, This is the busiest McDonald’s in Hot Springs.
Food is always hot & fresh, Service is quick, especially in the drive thru. The last time I stopped in on my way to work, the kiosk malfunctioned, so the super nice manager took my order at the counter & was able to redeem my mobile app deal. Great Crew & great management!“
