This location meets the company standard unlike the location where I am actually from
Nicole is the definition of customer service. Patient, communicative, hard working, and kind. She puts the customer experience first and is very transparent about abnormal wait times. On top of all that she’s doing this during the graveyard shift. Nothing but respect.
