Did an order ahead then had to wait 30 minutes at the restaurant for the order. There was workers going out back playing on phones while customers were sitting in cars waiting for their orders. Finally get the order and head home. Got home and the order wasn't correct. Tried calling the restaurant to let them know I was on my way back to get it fixed. My husband and kids wanted to go here. We went inside to eat and it took almost 20 minutes for our order as the drive thru window was being kicked out as soon as they pulled up. I'm not really a fan of KFC, and this just solidified why I don't like it.
