Newer store, app, self service, or customer service. Easy to use. Quick and convenient!
I live near Mount Ida but work in Hot Springs, so I have started stopping at this McDonald’s & they NEVER disappoint! Keep in mind, This is the busiest McDonald’s in Hot Springs.
Food is always hot & fresh, Service is quick, especially in the drive thru. The last time I stopped in on my way to work, the kiosk malfunctioned, so the super nice manager took my order at the counter & was able to redeem my mobile app deal. Great Crew & great management!

Service was extremely slow. We got two of their special meals that include the FIFA cups and they forgot the cups. I go inside to get them and wait for 10 min before a cashier appeared.

McDonald's is a restaurant that stands out from the crowd. The staff, in particular, make a great impression, with friendly and polite service. One reviewer noted how a manager named Taylor was super nice and apologized for a tea shortage, offering a large chocolate shake as a kind gesture. Another customer expressed appreciation for the always friendly faces and good food, stating they never had an issue that couldn't be resolved. While the food may not be extraordinary, with some meals potentially being "old microwave or steam warmed," the atmosphere has improved alongside customer service. Despite some traffic headaches in the area, McDonald's is a decent option for satisfying hunger. Recently, a customer noted that they received a glass of ice water for their dog without being charged, highlighting the thoughtful staff who ensured the dog was acknowledged.
