“Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Stephanie at Hardee’s here in Sheridan! 💛 My son has a super specific order — he likes a “cheese and ketchup sandwich” no meat, just the cheese and ketchup on a bun. Most places charge us full price and don’t even think twice about it, but Stephanie went above and beyond today. Not only did she take the time to understand our order, but she made sure we weren’t charged full price for something so simple. When we got to the window, she was incredibly sweet, and even surprised us with 3 free apple pies. It might seem small, but her kindness and hospitality meant the world to us. In a world where people are often rushed or indifferent, Stephanie stood out. Sheridan is lucky to have people like her in our community. 💕“

“I had a really meaningful experience at Dairy Queen recently while I was with my youth group. We all ordered Blizzards, and one of the orders got mixed up. The employee helping us didn’t have a name tag on, so I never got his name, but he genuinely seemed like the sweetest soul. You could tell he felt really bad about the mistake and was already having a rough day, even though he was still trying his best to fix everything.

After it was all sorted out, I used my own money to give him a tip and told him I hoped he still had an amazing day. His reaction was so genuine,he looked really touched and grateful, and you could actually see his whole mood shift in that moment. It felt like such a small thing on my end, but it clearly meant a lot to him.

The Blizzards were amazing as always, but what really stuck with me was that interaction. Even without knowing his name, I’ll remember him as someone who was doing his best on a hard day, and how a simple act of kindness can really change how someone feels, even if it’s just for a moment.“

“The manager was completely awesome! They had a big rush of customers at closing time. She came out and apologized for the food taking so long. Then we were invited to eat inside even though they were closed. She went above and beyond to make us happy!We are traveling through the state and her service was greatly appreciated!Great job girl! “I would give 5 out of 5, except the biscuits are always undercooked, which makes them mushy; and the mcmuffins are barely toasted, which makes them grainy like cornbread.
Each time I order items using biscuits or mcmuffins, thinking maybe something has changed, it has proven to be the same.“

“Sometimes I wait at the drive up speaker for over 10 minutes before anyone speaks. Once I saw a young man get out of a parked car with a headset on and as soon as he got inside, he asked how he could help me... Other than that it's mostly fast and decent food.“
