I had a really meaningful experience at Dairy Queen recently while I was with my youth group. We all ordered Blizzards, and one of the orders got mixed up. The employee helping us didn’t have a name tag on, so I never got his name, but he genuinely seemed like the sweetest soul. You could tell he felt really bad about the mistake and was already having a rough day, even though he was still trying his best to fix everything.
