Crystal the manager is the absolute worst person ever she was so disgusting to her employees and to the customers. I tried to call about the concern and all she does is hang up and yell. She needs to be fired.

Stopped here with my parents to grab a bite to eat. They are super busy the food was okay the service was great. Their DQ is different from the one in Texarkana TX, overall it was okay.

Terrible place to work. The general manager Krystal treats everyone like trash besides her few favorites. When I was hired I was told I would given till I was paid to get non slick shoes and sleeves to cover my tattoos, first day of work I had to argue with Krystal just to get to work my first day because I didn’t have the things I was told I would have time to acquire. She constantly throws sly comments your way when you mess up, and make small things into mountains. Then try to brush them off as, just another day. Probably why this place has a huge turn over rate. The other managers are amazing and deserve so much more than her as their boss. I had fun working with the people I did, but Krystal killed the passion within 2 days.

They always cook the food fresh. Nothing better than a fish sandwich right out of the fryer, and fresh French fries. We eat here nearly every day on the way to work, amd will continue to do so.Order is always right, and we always get napkins, unlike other places we stop at during the day.Crew is friendly and courteous, and management is professional. This place deserves a better rating than what it has.

Went to get my 6 kids a 85cent blizzard and was told I could get 6 for that price since my kids didn't have a dairy queen account. Why would my kids who are 8 and under have to have a dairy queen account

Ordered a chicken strip basket and the chicken was very dark from old grease. Haven't tried Daisey Queen in a long time because of poor food quality in the past but tried this Sheridan location since its new. The employees didn't seem to concerned so I just threw away my meal and went elsewhere. Fries were just ok and they ration out catchup like its gold, lol.

Just sitting here eating my chicken strips with cold gravy and my cheese curds with watery ranch. Definitely don’t stop there tonight, should’ve ate at McDonald’s
Dairy Queen has excellent customer support and love their fans. I'll always be a loyal customer no matter the location. Some situations are gonna happen no matter where you go. Just know if you (fan) don't like something, corporate will listen and contact you. The food is always good, hot and given in a timely manner. Have been here on multiple occasions and will keep coming!

The staff here are super friendly. The food is always fresh. Sometimes the wait can be long but its always worth it; and they're good about compensating for wait times.However, when I was there the other day I witnessed one of the managers (im assuming) yelling at the staff. It seemed someone was in big trouble but whatever the issue; I shouldn't have heard them being cussed out from the counter when they're in the back.I asked the cashier what was going on and they responded with "who knows this time" as if this is a normal occurrence?Definitely concerned for the employees here if management is berating them in front of other staff and customers

CHECK YOUR BAGS AND COUNT YOUR CHANGE.Since this place has been open we have been about 4-5 times. Every. Single. Time. We have to go back because half of our order is missing. Today I was missing 2 burgers from a 2 for 4 order, and two orders of chicken strips from a 2 for 4. Was missing two orders of fries that went with 2 of our meals. This happens every time we go. They need to get it together for real. The food is good! They just can’t get the orders together I guess. Oh and one time they shorted our change. So you have to worry about that too.

Had to wait on our food and when we got it the chicken was over cooked and hard as a rock and not warm the fries where old and cold the best thing was the honey mustard.
