“Have to give Matt I’m assuming the manager a HUGE shoutout. As we were going in our two year old was SCREAMING and fighting us so bad. As we’re already embarrassed he comes up and of course we’re afraid he’s going to make us leave but instead he was such a gentlemen, he offered our son a free drink, fries anything to help calm him down. It took a second but it worked. As first time parents every restaurant needs a Matt. From us Eslinger’s Thank you so much! Food was amazing as well as service !“

“I had been CRAVING strawberry shortcake. For a while I couldn’t find anywhere to get one in town. I finally saw one on Sugar and Spice’s website and had to get it. Let me tell you- it was AMAZING! Absolutely will be going back and getting another one! (or 10!!!) They have always had great customer service and are so so friendly! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cool treat! 10/10!!“

“We were there on the evening of July 5. The staff members greeted us immediately with smiles. They were friendly and helpful, describing their homemade ice cream and offering samples. All 3 of us enjoyed our ice cream. The ice cream was excellent, the store was spotless, and our visit was quite pleasant. Highly recommended.“

“The caramel apples were being freshly dipped in the front and scent of waffle cones was amazing.Went with Greek yogurt with raspberry swirl ice cream and it was yummy.Tried my daughter's waffle cone and it was crunchy and delicious.The fudge and candy all looked so good. We'll be back.This place hands down beats a popular cupcake sweet shop. Wish I took a picture.“

“My folks have been bringing me and my family here since they opened in 2007. The Gelato is not ice cream. It's way better. All kinds of cool flavors and the Gelato is so fresh! The service is top notch 👌 and there is a huge area where you can sit and play board games or write on their giant chalk board! Take your family, take your friend, take your date... they will all leave happy.“

“We were going to another cupcake place downtown but read less-than-stellar reviews and instead headed to Smallcakes at the last minute. That was a great decision! We had two of the tastiest cupcakes we've ever eaten and our toddler enjoyed fresh, tasty ice cream. Next time we visit Hot Springs, we'll definitely make sure to visit Smallcakes.“
